About the Space:
This well-loved floorplan at Hidden Valley is in the perfect location for your next getaway in Mammoth Lakes. Nestled in the woods, this property provides the true Mammoth experience of a quiet property tucked into the trees. It sits at the top of the hill at Hidden Valley, making it the closest property in the complex to the Village – just a quick walk away!
The open living area has beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, comfortable furniture, including a couch with a pull-out sofa, large TV with smart features and a wood burning stove – a great way to wind down after a long day adventuring in Mammoth. There are two private, south facing decks with seating and forest views off the living area. There is a quaint dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen has been updated with new stainless-steel appliances and freshly painted cabinets. It comes fully stocked and has ample countertop space to prepare a nice meal!
The bedroom has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV and dresser for storage space. Off the bedroom is an ensuite oversized vanity, connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower and additional vanity.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, fire starter, matches, and firewood. Firewood is located on the deck.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared coin-op laundry facilities.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
*Please note, the pool will be closed for construction June 2025 for at least 4 weeks.

Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA (not our company) requests visitors fill out forms 48 hours in advance - please reach out to Hidden Valley HOA for further information. Please note these are not restrictions or requests of Mammoth Vacation Rentals, they are specific to this HOA.
