Getting Around:

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities and shops are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.



Other Things to Note:

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

● This property can accommodate up to 14 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit



DOG FEE:

● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.

● Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.

● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

● A damage waiver fee ($50) is included for all reservations.

● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Lake Harmony Market, The Hub, Ahart's Market & Dollar General

● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.



SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:

We have 4 exterior security cameras on site. They are all in plain view and are located in the following locations:

● 1 doorbell cam at front door entrance

● 1 floodlight cam overlooking the driveway

● 1 floodlight cam overlooking backyard

● 1 floodlight cam overlooking the rear deck entry



Interaction with Guests:

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
