* Primary Renter Must Upload Government ID
* Up to two dogs is allowed for extra $100 per dog per stay. Dog waiver must be signed. No other types of pets are allowed.
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* A credit card security deposit HOLD is required
* Must be 25 to book and be present throughout the stay
* No college Spring breakers
* You must sign our rental agreement
* In addition to taxes rental platform may collect, all rentals subject to a Santa Fe Lodger's Tax of 8.1875% tax
* To help mitigate fraud a photo of the credit card used to book the home must be uploaded, showing the last four digits of the credit card. The credit card number and name on must match those on the booking.
* If you are staying with us on Sunday night, please roll the garbage cans to the street for Monday pick-up, then back in place Monday afternoon.
