Guests will have full access to the property. A smart lock is installed on the front door to enable easy and secure access to the property during your stay.

We invite you to stay in this thoughtfully designed house featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths including 2 master suites. An open mid-century modern designed living/dining room flows directly into the full kitchen with all you need including a wine fridge! This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal large enough for your party of 8.

The star feature of the property is a loaded backyard with hot tub and giant chess set to start off the list of fun! There's also an amazing spot to lounge and dine outside while enjoying that great Sedona weather. If that isn't enough, take the short path down the steps to the lower yard that is a huge flat open space with your own private bocce ball court, putting green, fire pit, and covered cabanas. The putting green has been set up with custom made wood walls so you can create your own mini-golf course! 4 adjustable height clubs allows the fun for anyone! Want to play a little longer? Lights are set up for when the sun goes down including glow in the dark bags for the corn hole set.

Want some indoor activities when it's late at night? The garage has been converted into a huge game room featuring a pool table, foosball, shuffle board, and gigantic 65" TV to enjoy gaming, watching movies, and more. Perfect for those quiet Sedona evenings where there's not much to do after the sun sets. Well now there is! Enjoy night time activities for as long as you like in your own personal home fun center! Please note access indoor is through one of the master rooms or guests can also be access the game room through the garage door.

Want more? Try amazing views of the famous Sedona mountain range from the deck off the kitchen and dining room with a gas grill. This area is perfect for drinking your first coffee of the morning all the way up until that glass of wine at sunset while appreciating the lovely view. Need a little R&R?
