Welcome to your next relaxing retreat in Tacoma’s historic North Slope neighborhood. This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1-bath features original hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, and a fenced backyard. You’ll be within easy walking distance of Tacoma’s Stadium District with its great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, neighborhood pubs, Wright Park, the waterfront and more.

This triplex is a historic home built in 1905. We have taken care to preserve many of the original features of the building & update it with modern amenities for your comfort.

You'll be staying in Unit B, which has been thoughtfully designed as a relaxing retreat for traveling professionals and workationers. It features hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, high ceilings & a fenced backyard. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress, Smart TV, blinds & blackout curtains. The main bedroom also has air conditioning during warm weather months.

The light-filled, open concept living room includes a 58-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace & ceiling fan. The kitchen has everything you'll need including:
• Keurig, French press, classic drip & Chemex coffee makers.
• Microwave oven
• Electric kettle
• Air Fryer
• Full size refrigerator & oven
• Full set of dishes & cookware
• Cordless vacuum & steam mop

This unit is on the second floor. It has shared access to the laundry and fully fenced backyard.

The bathroom has a combination rain shower and bath with a dual hot and cold-water faucet.

Ample street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We will provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday. See getting around section for more details on transportation & parking.
