The fully-equipped kitchen features all the essentials, and the adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations.

The house boasts three bedrooms, each offering its own unique charm. The master bedroom features a hotel-quality king-size mattress, providing the utmost comfort and space. The second bedroom features a hotel-quality queen-size bed.

For those who need a dedicated workspace, the third bedroom has been transformed into a functional office area. Equipped with a spacious desk and an ergonomic chair, this space is ideal for remote work or catching up on emails. Additionally, a convenient rollout bed is available in this room to accommodate additional guests without compromising on workspace functionality.

Registered Guests & Pets
• Only guests and pets included in the reservation are permitted on the property
• Unregistered visitors or overnight guests require prior approval
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies and must be included in the reservation

Pets are welcome, however:
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Please clean up pet waste in all indoor and outdoor areas
• Additional cleaning due to pet hair, stains, or waste may incur a fee

Quiet Hours
• Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding community
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time

Furniture & Equipment
• If any indoor or outdoor furniture is moved (including patio furniture, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.), please return everything to its original location prior to departure

Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors
• Evidence of smoking indoors (including odor) will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee

Stains & Damages
We understand that accidents happen — that’s why we provide stain remover products for towels and linens.
If a spill occurs:
• Please treat it as soon as possible
• Notify us if additional assistance is needed
• Unreported or permanent stains may result in replacement fees

Any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues must be reported:
• During your stay, or
• Within 24 hours after check-out

Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher
• Dispose of garbage, recycling, and pet waste in proper bins
• Place used towels on the bathroom floor
• Turn off lights and heating/AC
• Close and lock all windows and doors
• Return moved furniture or outdoor items

Failure to follow check-out guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.

Trash Collection
• Trash is picked up:
1st & 3rd Fridays – Garbage and Recycling
2nd & 4th Fridays – Food & Yard Waste
• Take bins out Thursday evening/night: Place the trash bins by the curb.
• Separate garbage and recycling into labeled bins
• Avoid leaving loose trash outside (pickup may be skipped)
• Roll bins back to their original location after collection.
