The house was perfect for what we needed. Had 4 adults stay and the place could definitely hold more. The host was great at communicating and will definitely look to stay here again.

No hot water in the addition outside. The dishwasher stopped working three days our stay. The lock didn’t work the first night so we had to break in the back door, but it worked the next day. Other than that, that was a good place to stay.

Pictures were more generous than the actual property itself. The pool and deck area were dirty and unusable -the water level was too low and the filter did not run. The layout of the house puts the primary bedroom in the center of the living room which is noisy if you have multiple guests. Just mediocre all around Property manager was responsive.

We are so happy we booked the City Oacis rental! The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a nice addition and the sitting area out beside the pool was perfect. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we loved the sun room. The beds were comfortable. The location was centrally located to restaurants, main attractions and shopping. The host was great and quickly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again on our next Tampa vacation.

Great Central spot!!

Visited Tampa with a few friends and our kids and just LOVED this house! Very clean, had everything we needed for the few days and super convenient to a lot of popular spots. Ben was very upfront, thorough and made the stay seamless. Highly recommend!

House was super cute and very clean. Great comfortable beds and pillows which is always important when renting a VRBO. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and labelled - easy to find everything. The pool needed to be topped up and cleaned after the hurricane but Ben the host was quick to respond and address our needs. Great stay!

Very good stay

The property is in a great location and the house was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. I would give it 5 stars but the outside, specifically the pool area was a complete mess. A little attention and some detail attended to and it would be easily 5 stars. We travel to Tampa several times a year and would definitely stay again if the pool area was addressed.

Everything was PERFECT!

Since this was both my friend’s and my first time using VRBO, we had some reservations. The location looked exactly like the pictures. Ben was quite the host. He answered all of our concerns even before arriving. The location had everything that was needed for the perfect stay. We will definitely rent this location out in the future!

We definitely would come back. We really enjoyed the privacy of the house. It was clean and put together.Just a suggestion for the owner it would be a great idea to put some curtains or something to help the privacy of the front window. We stepped outside during the night and seen that you can see straight through the house.Also a motorized pool cover would really help with your guest not having to clean the pool (with the pool cleaner) when you first get there. Some people may look forward to getting into the pool right away and not have wait for the pool cleaner to finish cleaning the pool. I do understand maintaining the cleaning of the pool during our stay. First impression is very important.Lighting in the pool would be great also. We really wanted to get in to the pool at night but it was too dark to see.Over all the stay was wonderful and we just had to stay an extra night with Ben’s (Host) permission. Thank you for being a great host!

Lovely stay in Tampa!

This home was a great alternative to having to stay in a hotel for our daughter's soccer tournament. We were close to downtown and other activities. The home itself was cozy and clean. We had all the things we needed to make our stay great and the property owner was quick to reply with any questions. It was a little chilly for swimming but we were still able to enjoy the backyard as it provided a quiet getaway. Overall a really great experience.

Excellent Tampa Vacation

Beautiful home and excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay in Ben’s house. It was really well stocked with everything we needed. Best equipped kitchen in a rental I’ve ever seen! Having the pool towels and pool floats available to use really helped cut down our packing. Great outdoor space and very comfortable living area to hang out in. We were visiting for the UT graduation and it was an awesome location for that and visiting the university. Ben was super responsive to any questions and will will definitely book again!

USF Move in Weekend

Stayed for our sons move in weekend at USF. The proximity to everything we wanted to do was great. Neighborhood was safe. Home was exactly what we were looking for. Most importantly though, they made a very tough, exciting, emotional weekend much easier. Their attention to one minor issue we had was remedied immediately and allowed me to focus on getting my child situated (and my emotions). We had family over one of the nights and it was a great space to host people over. Would def stay again

Bolts game

It was a honor to be Ben’s first guest’s. The house was great. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough so that we were still close for the Lightning game as we were Wild fans that came down for the Florida swing. The backyard was great for my service dog to get exercise in and do some playing, as it had been very cold in ND (-10) the week before we came down. I wish the weather would have cooperated and we would’ve had a chance to use the pool as he was behaving himself and sitting very nicely on the patio.

Tampa getaway 1/29 - 2/5 2024

This location was in a great location just minutes from the Riverwalk. We have never spent time in Tampa and we quickly realized that we were close to many great things like The Riverwalk and Armature Works, which had some fantastic dining options and just a great place to hang out by the River. The location is also close to other great areas like Hyde Park Village and Sparkman wharf. Historic Ybor city is also a short drive away and getting to the airport was a breeze. The back yard was very nice if you just wanted to hang outside during the day or at night. The weather was pretty cool during our stay, so unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool :( The physical space was well stocked with everything you would need and my adult kids had a blast in the arcade game upstairs. All in all, was a great trip and the hosts responded to any questions we had.
