There are 3 full bathrooms in the house; the master ensuite and hall bathroom feature bathtubs while the third bathroom offers a walk-in shower. There is a large fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, a bar that seats 8 as well as a pub table that seats 4. There is a large living room off the kitchen featuring a 70" tv as well as another large living room with a 58" tv. The garage has been converted to a game room and includes a pool table. The large back patio includes a patio table, gas grill, charcoal grill, string lights and a fire pit. While the house is pet friendly (must be pre-approved first) the yard is NOT fenced. There is also a small swing set for the little ones.

Touch key pad is located on the front door. Touch the bottom left corner to light it up then put in your code.

Rocky River house is located on 3 acres of land. The property borders a creek. Lots of room for kids to play or your animals.
