Hi Kevin, we're happy to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed the location & cleanliness of the property! Providing linens is not the norm for vacation rentals at the Jersey Shore, so we offer the option to add on sheets and towels through us for your convenience. Coordinating the supply of sheets and towels involves logistics with our local linen supplier to ensure fresh linens are delivered prior to your arrival. Please understand we market the property online as not having sheets & towels included, and this is also mentioned on the first page of the fully signed lease agreement. We do also do not market the property as having paper products or essentials included, and this is mentioned on the first page of the lease agreement. However, we leave our gift bag with some vacation essentials, including a couple starter roles of toilet paper, paper towels, bath products, coffee & K-Cups, some dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, hand soap, etc. We do this to help enhance your vacation and at least give you enough starter supplies for the first couple days of your trip. If you needed any additional supplies during your stay, we would have been happy to drop off more items for you, as our team is locally based right here in Wildwood Crest. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for you and all of our guests.
