The adjacent dining table seats six on leather chairs. There is also a large TV on a beautiful deep red wall and a portable air conditioning unit for summer that can help take the edge off a hot day.

The kitchen has granite counters, a granite shelf, plenty of utensils, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, range top and an oven to round things out.
