• Downstairs are the living space, and kitchenette. The living space has a queen sleeper sofa, television, DVD player and portable air conditioning unit. Upstairs are the second bedroom and bathroom. The Loft also has a television.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a stove top. There is no oven.
• Two private bathrooms.
• The studio loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

The spacious studio loft condominium is perfect for families or groups. It has high ceilings and views of the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool and views of the mountain peaks. The ski-in/ski-out property puts you steps from your favorite chairlifts at Palisades Tahoe Resort and you’ll be located a short stroll away from the Village at Palisades Tahoe shopping and dining. In the summer, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool is key to your summer fun.

This two-story condominium is 800 square feet with a pool and some mountain views. The condominium has two stories, two bathrooms, great gathering zones, and a dining table.
Downstairs, the open living room has two sofas that create a great conversation zone and gathering area for the fun stories of the day. The adjacent dining table seats four. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat flanking the coffee table. The room has highlights of large ceramic vases to enjoy. The living area also has a queen bed separated by a pony wall and full cabinet creating a touch of privacy in the studio space. The living room has a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

The kitchenette, with white tile countertops, comes equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is no oven. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

Upstairs the loft has a queen bed and the second bathroom. It also has a TV making the top floor a great escape zone.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
