Close to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean. The kitchen redone and beautiful. They could put 2 softer bed pillows it would be great. And a little stale smell when we open the door but opening the windows and it was gone. I would recommend a dehumidifier. Great location. A little older but love the convenience of the location.

Ghosted by customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a four night stay at this lovely little 1 br cottage by the ocean. The place was well appointed and fairly up to date, probably a 12 year old reno. When we arrived the place had a very stale, musty smell like there was mold or mildew from not being used. Then after airing the place out we found the fridge freezer door was open and could not be closed duets ice build up. It took about half an hour to chip away at the ice to get the door to closed. Probably not getting good maintenance on the place Astros was probably left like this some time, causing the moldy smell from excess moisture. The location is great, just really poor response from the customer service. They offered some extra towels. Nothing interesting way of compensation for the work I had to do to solve the issue, or the inconvenience.Not an overall good experience as far as customer service.

Wasn’t equipped for 3 people

My only complaint is that there were no extra sheets or blankets for a 3rd person (couch sleeper) anywhere I could find so we had to take the top sheet off the bed and thank the lord my daughter always travels with a blanket in the car. Otherwise, there was nothing there for him to sleep on. Location was amazing and the outdoor space was plentiful and functional. Really cute for 2 people.

excellent location near the beach away from the fray

Great location close to the beach, walking paths, starbucks, Von’s etc. Quieter than expected and reasonably safe. Gas stove wouldn’t light (bit of a safety hazard). Stack of wet towels left under the bathroom sink ☹ Took some searching to find the outdoor garbage can. Clean and comfortable.
