We had a small hiccup as the back door wouldn’t open with the code when checking in. I called and and quickly assisted and was able to gain access within 30 seconds of the call. The stay was wonderful. Great location and was the perfect place for our little getaway!

Overall the unit was a great beach cottage - bedroom was a bit tight but the open kitchen / dining / living space was quite spacious. The French doors that opened out to the private patio with a nice covered seating area and a high top table & stools that provided a view out to the ocean. Location was perfect - easy bike ride to restaurants, coffee shops and all that the Village has to offer.

We have been coming to Carlsbad for 10 years to visit our daughter and family. This is the first time we were not happy with our rental. After spending one night here we left and checked into a hotel for the week. There had been an obvious water event here in this lower level unit. The baseboards in parts were not yet replaced, just painted over. The draperies were water stained several inches up. Both my husband and my allergies were both activated after one night. On a side note, the bed is also very uncomfortable. The management company indicated their moisture testing they had done showed no moisture in the walls. We cannot do much about it at this point. We consider it a very expensive lesson learned. The plus is that it is in a very nice location with the beach and town being a short walk away.

Awesome place to stay!!

Stayed here while I was in San Diego for work. The place was clean and Alicia was such a nice host which made it feel more like a vacation instead of work!

Great spot

We loved our stay. The open layout of the living room and kitchen was a nice space and the outdoor patio was our favorite spot to read, relax and hang out. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Carlsbad.

Amazing stay!

This property is absolutely beautiful. One block to the beach and a few blocks to a very cute town. The owners communication was excellent and they immediately took care of the few things that were needed. The three units together was perfect for our multigenerational family trip. We absolutely plan to stay here next year-highly recommend!

Great apartment near beach and restaurants

This very nicely decorated apartment with a contemporary flare that pays attention to the details. It has a great patio area with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well furnished and the furniture is very comfortable. I will certainly book this beach cottage the next time I am in Carlsbad.
