Secluded and Cozy Townhome at Tripp Lake

You will find a great stay during any season at this townhome located in the Southern Adirondacks. We are central to many outdoor activities including Summer features include a short 15 minute drive to Lake George, 5-20 minutes from white water rafting, tubing, hiking, cruise boats, powerboat rentals and the Great Escape. Winter activities include downhill skiing with a short 20 minute drive to Gore Mountain. Other things to do include hiking, historical attractions, nature trails and shopping.

We are available if you need us but will give you your space to enjoy your stay.

We are a small townhome community that has 7 buildings and 28 units spread throughout the property.

We have a smart lock for entrance

Our unit has the living room, kitchen and dining along with a half bath on the main floor. Our gas fireplace is a popular feature. On the second floor we have all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Walking, biking and driving to the lake and beach are a short distance away. You can also walk, bike or drive to the tennis and pickleball courts.

Check in was simple. Parking right in front was great to offload the car. The kitchen facilities were awesome. The layout is so conducive to enjoying other's company. There was everything you could need to cook and entertain. The kitchen was immaculate as was the rest of the house. We got there and felt so comfortable and at home that we settled right in. The bathrooms were really clean. Also, the owners were great communicating with us throughout the whole process. They seem to really care that your vacation is a success and ours certainly was. Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this home in the Adirondacks. We stay in this area every year over the holidays and this was one of our favorites. The place was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed to cook and relax. We enjoyed watching movies in the living room with the fireplace. The bedrooms were cozy, and it was great to have a master bath. The beds were comfortable and there were several extra blankets, which we appreciated. Contact with the property manager was easy and he responded promptly. We can’t wait to return!

Pleasant Three Day Weekend

The townhome was nicely appointed and very homey. It was well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware, etc. The gas fireplace was cozy on a chilly night. I enjoyed reading on the screened in porch. It was very serene with only the sound of birds and the view of the trees. This townhome provides privacy yet it is only minutes from the nearby towns. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I stayed for 8 whole nights while our adult kids came up for 4 nights . House was more than big enough . Had tons of amenities. We loved the accessibility of the use of the kayak was definitely a huge plus for us as we loved going on lake at all hours. Perfect for 3 couples!

Spent a short time up in the apartment but it is in a nice community with a pond/beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and a golf course (which I didn't try but looked in good shape). The apartment was clean and organized. The three queen beds were perfect for 3 couples to split and get their own space. The room AC was working well and ice cold which was nice for a muggy summer day.

This was our first rental and I am so happy we found this property. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very clean home, situated in a quiet area. Very spacious and the owners, Joe and Nora, have provided everything you could need. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing in Tripp Lake, which was minutes away. Review of Townhome 3.9 miles to Chestertown Center

We just got back from our stay at the Townhome that is 3.9 miles to Chestertown Center at Green Mansions. We really enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely Townhome with all the amenities, spacious, secluded and very clean with a nice homey feeling. It was centrally located to all the surrounding locations we went for our excursions. It also had nice helpful and friendly neighbors. And a very resposive and helpful Host. We would defintely stay here again! Thank you.

Quiet beautifully decorated townhouse

Impeccably decorated townhouse in quiet location. We never heard anyone, even when sitting on our screened in porch. The beach and lake water were clean and very well taken care of — a five minute walk down a wooded trail to the beach was fine for most but one who isn’t able to do that kind of walk had a 2 minute drive to the beach where there was plenty of parking.

Green Mansions Getaway

Let me start off by saying that this Green Mansions townhouse hosted by Joe Gorman is beautiful. It is very well decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay and also very clean. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. The beds are comfortable and there's even a blow up mattress for additional people if needed. In the back, there's also a grill and a firepit with Adirondack chairs if you're in the mood to sit by the fire or roast marshmallows. The icing on the cake for staying here was the private beach (Tripp Lake) which is affiliated and serves the homeowners and renters of the Green Mansion properties. On the Lake are two floating docks. Our entire family really enjoyed sitting on that beach with fully reclining lounge chairs and beach umbrellas. Also available were kayaks, canoes and lifejackets if needed. There's even a tennis court on the property. Lake George and other local attractions are all within a 20 min drive which is very convenient. There was nothing negative at all about our stay during our vacation getaway. And Joe, our host, answered all our questions and concerns promptly. Thank you, Joe. It's a SUPER NICE PLACE !!! Grace K.

Spring Skiing

The townhouse is beautiful. It was clean and very comfortable. We went skiing at Gore Mountain and the house was halfway between Gore and Lake George which worked out great. It was quiet as it was off season so there wasn’t many people around. Seems like it would a great spot in the summer with access to the little lake and hiking trails. Just beautiful.

Family holiday gathering

A great, roomy and accommodating place for our family’s holiday gathering. The kitchen included everything you could need and more. The living area spaces were spacious and the fireplace was a great extra. The beds were very comfortable and 2.5 bathrooms is a plus. Highly recommend this place close to Lake George and Adirondack destinations!
