The shower in the spacious master bathroom has a built-in shower seat. Use the hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and premium Shirpur cotton towels that are provided, along with the personal care products.

**Living Room**

The large plants, electric fireplace, 55-inch flat-screen TV, cathedral ceiling, and numerous windows that let in plenty of natural light are all present in this open living area. **Outdoor Space**

There is a lot to do in the spacious outdoor area of this property! Playing in the 8,000 square foot yard will be fun for kids. There are two comfortable lounge chairs on the large deck, perfect for lounging in the sun or stargazing on a clear night. There are bench swings, string lights, and additional seating near the fireplace on the patio below the deck. On the patio, guests can also partake in outdoor dining.

Fantastic!
We booked this place for a very last-minute family ski weekend. It was clean, spacious, amd had all the comforts of home - just what we needed! The property manager was communicative and responsive and eager to mske sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay again!

Great location and fantastic lodging!
This property allowed us to be close to family in the area. There are some great spots to eat in Berlin and we particularly liked the peaceful environment. Coffee cart was a plus!!!

Peaceful getaway
A perfect place in a quaint small town for a peaceful getaway. Nice fluffy towels, Everything is cozy. Feels like a rustic hunting cabin, but with all the comforts of home.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Visit Cup of Soul Cafe, which is conveniently close by and offers gourmet meals and treats in addition to a lovely, welcoming environment. The Ice Cream Station is a local favorite spot to enjoy a special treat in the summer and is also conveniently located within walking distance! White Horse Brewing is a family-run brewery with ten barrels that is another location you can visit nearby on foot. Enjoy their drinks with their favorite street food trucks dishes. Only a short distance away is the J.B. Shrock Community Park. For the kids to enjoy the play equipment, it is the ideal location. Additionally, it has tennis and basketball courts that are suitable for all ages!

Shawnee State Park: This state park offers swimming, boating, and fishing in its beautiful lake. Shawnee also provides hiking and mountain biking. Shawnee State Park is a 35 minute drive.

The bedroom has a queen-sized floor mattress that can be used. If you would like to use this, just let me know in advance, and I will set it up for you. In the living room, guests can also make use of an air mattress that is queen sized. In the closet are the additional blankets and linens as well as the air mattress. Please use if necessary!
