- Living & Great Room Areas: Open-concept with expansive views of the lake and pool, large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and dramatic windows and ceilings.

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with a large island, oven, convection/microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space for family meals. Drip and Keurig coffee makers.

- First Floor: Impressive entry, office with desk, game room, living areas, and a king bedroom with direct access to the pool and summer kitchen. Half bath off kitchen.

- Second Floor: 4 ensuite bedrooms, including primary king bedroom with sofa sleeper, sitting area, large bath with walk-in shower and tub. Three additional bedrooms, each with a private bath and balcony.Laundry area with full-size washer/dryer.



Living & Great Room Areas:

- Great Room: Large sectional sofa, Smart TV, dining table, and open to the kitchen.

- Living and Game Room: Pool table and sitting area with views of the lake and pool.

- Primary bedroom. King bed, queen sofa sleeper, large bath with walk-in shower, tub, dual vanities, and balcony overlooking pool and lake.

- Bedroom with King bed with Smart TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and front balcony access.

-Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, Smart TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, Peloton, and back balcony access, overlooking the lake and pool.

Outdoor Pool, Lake & Beach Life:

- Pool & Hot Tub: Large heated pool/spa (optional $50/night). Large pool tanning deck with loungers.

- Summer Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, sink, and DCS grill and griddle.

- Commercial ice maker: Fill your ice chest or get the blender out for margaritas poolside.

- Outdoor Seating: Gas fire pit surrounded by sectional seating, perfect for evening gatherings.

- Beach Access: 5-minute drive to the beach or Topsail Hill State Park.

- Beach & Pool Gear: We provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys/floats.

-Lake Alicia: best enjoyed from the neighborhood lake access, about a 1 min walk. The lake is not accessible from the backyard of the home due to steep slope and vegetation.

The Neighborhood:

The Beaches of South Walton are tucked away in Northwest Florida between Destin and Panama City on Scenic Hwy 30A, which runs for 18.2 miles along unspoiled sandy white beaches and sea oat-covered dunes, past freshwater coastal lakes, saltwater inlets, through hardwood hammocks, longleaf pines, and superb coastal scrub oaks. The beaches are famous for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar-white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty. You will find that Hidden Heaven is tucked away from the hustle, bustle, and seasonal traffic, yet conveniently close to 30A, Sandestin, and Grand Boulevard restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Important Details:

- Dog/s: One hypoallergenic dog (up to 25 lbs) allowed with added fee and agreement.

- Neighborhood: Quiet residential area with easy access to 30A and nearby attractions.

- Walton County Noise Ordinance: To ensure everyone enjoys the peaceful atmosphere, please note the Walton County noise ordinance is from 10 PM to 6 AM; fines up to $500 possible. Our full time neighbors appreciate their tranquility and may contact the sheriff if disturbances occur. A $200 fee (plus damages or fines) may be applied if our staff needs to visit due to guest actions.

- Dining: Close to renowned restaurants like Louis Louis, Down Island, Blue Mabel, Shunk Gulley, and many more.

- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college groups or minor guests.

- No parties or events. Host approval is required.

- No smoking.

- Accessibility: Three steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floors.1 bedroom on first floor.

- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.

- Noise/smoke sensor may be in place inside home.

- Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background screening.

The stay was good. Property was exactly as pictured. Beautiful house. However read the description carefully. There is a noise sensor in and outside the home. Because we were under 25 (most 23 and 22) we had to pay a 500 fee increase we were “too loud”. I got a message from the host saying we had several noise alerts (not from neighbors)! We weren’t any louder than a child play screaming or simply having fun. So if you’re planning on bringing a lot of kids I wouldn’t or have your bachelorette party there. Other than that it was perfect.

What an amazing house with so many amenities! We loved the pool and outdoor living space. All bedrooms have a full bath. Mitch, the property manager, was awesome and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property for large groups.
