As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



A security deposit of $1000 is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for all rentals made through certain platforms.



Pets are welcome (with a $100+tx/dog charge for extra cleaning).



The chalet has 2 cameras, one pointed at the parking lot and the other at the main entrance door. No cameras are aimed at the spa.



To finalize the chalet reservation, we kindly ask for a copy of an official photo ID (such as a driver’s license, health card, or passport).
