This home spans two levels and features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living spaces, a foosball table, a two car heated garage with EV charger (Tesla and J1772), private hot tub, back yard and direct mountain views of the 10 Mile Range. Pet friendly!

• Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal
• Dining room with seating for seven
• Sunken living room with gas fireplace and large windows framing the mountain peaks
• Fenced in deck with outdoor dining, grill and private hot tub
+ Bedroom with TV, king bed and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite bathroom features a shower, separate bath tub, toilet closet and double vanity
• Half bathroom
• Dedicated entry mud room for gear
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Two car heated garage with Tesla EV charger
Lower Level:
• Second living room with gas fireplace, large smart TV and foosball table

• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a toddler bed and pack n play crib available in this property. Toddler bed and pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

» Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» The driveway is plowed after storms of more than 4 inches. Snow removal is based on the plow route and schedule and may not happen immediately. 4WD or AWD vehicles with proper all-weather/snow tires are necessary in order to navigate the driveway during the winter months. We are not responsible or able to assist with any vehicles that become stuck or are unable to enter or exit the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
» While we accept dogs or cats, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. Max pet limit is 2.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
