International Airport (DEN) conveniently located between Breckenridge and Buena Vista
where you can enjoy summer festivals or winter and spring skiing. Breckenridge,
Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts are all within a short
driving distance. Summer vacationers can spend hours in the mountains exploring by
foot or mountain bike or fish in Colorado’s famed “Gold Medal” designated reservoirs or
the South Platte River. If you’re not up to cooking after a long day of adventure, stop
into one of the restaurants in Fairplay or Alma, just minutes from your front door.

The Space

Enter the house on the first floor to an open TV/play room, a 3/4 bathroom, laundry and
a place to store your mountain gear. On the second (main) level you'll be stunned by the
large windows and captivating 180 degree views. The large fully equipped kitchen has
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large island and plenty of counter space
for hosting and meal prep. Gather comfortably in the dining area, with views
surrounding you. The primary bedroom and bathroom are also conveniently located on
the main level. Step into luxury when you enter the 5-piece primary bath with a stand
alone shower, rain shower, and radiant heated floors. Upstairs you willll find a loft, two
additional bedrooms and full bathroom.
