You are a short drive away from stunning beaches in the Cordova bay area lovely hikes such as Mount Doug Park and many wonderful places that Lower Vancouver Island has to offer.

If you are looking for a full size house located on top of a hill in a quite cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighbourhood with easy quick access to nice beaches and the city centre, well this is the one for you. Perfect for couples, families or just friends traveling to Victoria.

Just a short drive away are the stunning beaches of Cordova Bay and the wonderful Cordova Bay Beach House restaurant which provides great food and an amazing views.

Please note that if this house is used for events or parties 500$ will be charged plus additional damage fees if applicable.

-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
