Secure, access controlled building with secure but easy access to your floor provided via 2 high-speed elevators. The master bedroom offer a King size bed, 2 bedside tables with reading lamp and directional built in reading lights, alarm clock, tower & circular fan, four storage baskets & a large full size closet with double doors. Black out shades compliment the comfort of this bedroom, providing an inviting place for rest and relaxation. High end linens, pillows and duvet provide a restful sleep. The den / second bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size Custom Built Murphy Bed which easily converts to a desk / office space. Desk lamp, overhead light, black out shades, high quality linens, pillows and duvet are provided. The den / second bedroom is complimented by french doors that have been blacked out for privacy as well as a custom closet to hang your clothing, and 4 drawers. What a find
We feel lucky, particularly after some truly terrible experiences with vacation rentals recently. This outfit is doing it right. It is clean, carefully and thoughtfully and completely appointed with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality tools and equipment. Furnishings are clean and appropriate for the space so you have what you need and room for your stuff as well. Its not cluttered. The people in the building are great. The building is well cared for and the location is perfect to explore victoria in all directions; the Barbour and downtown, cool street, beacon hill park and the water walks are all just minutes away by foot. We appreciated being met at the building by an employee to walk us through the use of fobs and navigating the parking garage and showing us the unit. The unit has spectacular views. We couldn’t be happier. We had a vacation rental and we know how hard it is to do well. This is a master class on how. Wish this was more common.

Close to just about all tourist amenities, just a couple of blocks from Victoria's Inner harbour and the Government Street shopping area. It is so convenient to everything....Located downtown but away from the hustle and bustle! We look forward to seeing you soon!

As our guests, you will always be greeted in person when you check in, so that we make you feel welcome and to get you settled in comfortably into your new surroundings. We provide milk, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, jam & butter so that you have the fixin's for breakfast on your first morning. The Astoria Building has a community fitness room and a community recreation room, complete with a pool table and seating areas, ideal for entertaining friends while staying in our building. You also have access to the car wash bay located in the parking garage.
