This fully renovated home features two bedrooms (both queen beds), one bathroom, heated pool, full kitchen, and laundry. The home has a beautiful backyard oasis for guests to relax and enjoy the Florida sun. There is outdoor dining/lounge seating and a bbq grill.

*This property also has a two bedroom, one bathroom garage apartment which can booked along with the home (if both are available at the same time) to allow up to 8 people to stay on the property. If both properties are booked for larger parties, there is a way to allow the apartment guests to access the back yard area as well. Otherwise the apartment is completely separate. The home is 5 min. to downtown St. Petersburg and about 15 min. to St. Pete beaches. This home is located in the city, so grocery, shops, and dining are all very close.

There is private (free) parking available to guests in the driveway which is located in the front of the house. There is enough parking for two vehicles. All other vehicles will have to utilize street parking which is free.

*Host will allow early/late check out times for a $25 fee if scheduling allows for it. Only message host 2 days prior to booked trip regarding this please. We typically won`t know if the schedule allows for an early/late check out until that time. The $25 will be sent as an additional charge outside the booking fees. Thank you!

*Home is monitored by Minut sound monitoring system. The monitor is located outside. While we want our guests to enjoy the outdoor pool area, we also want to respect our neighbors during quiet hrs.

This property is a multi-unit property. There is a garage apartment located in the rear section of the property and it is also a rental property. The garage is kept for the owners use and is not able to be accessed by either the front house guests or the apartment guests. The apartment has a separate private entrance from the main house and there is no access to the pool/backyard area from the apartment side.

There is a balcony on the apartment, and while most apartment guests do not utilize the balcony, it is possible to view the front house backyard. We have planted many mature trees to provide as much privacy as possible.
