A beautiful peace of paradise in a residential quiet area located in a cul-de-sac of Sanchez Avenue, a 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, on a 3/4 acre waterfront property with a gazebo and fire pit in a fenced in backyard, you can fish off the property, there is a park across the street with a playground fenced in, plus a boat ramp that goes out into Halifax River, there is also a RV hook up located in the courtyard where the new grill and a screened-in patio are located. The home has 3 king size beds, 1 queen as well as a battery operated blow up queen size and a single mattress, all bedrooms have blackout curtains, you can even play pool as you watch the sunsets with many more amenities. Come and be with the wildlife, dolphins and manatees.

Beautiful home! Lots of room for our group coming down from NY for bike week. We had plenty of room in the driveway also! The home was beautiful with the best sunsets! We were close to all attractions. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here with six of our friends and we had a great stay. A beautiful house and property on the river. Close to raceway and grocery stores. The owner was extremely nice to work with.

Perfect location for kayakers!

Owners were helpful and made us feel at home. Beds were comfortable, Beautiful fenced in yard, right on the river with beautiful sunsets. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Property

This property has everything you need, lots of room, large yard, easy check-in/check-out process and very well-supplied. It was located on a canal and we watched kayakers ad paddle boarders and boats come by. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay!!!

We had a such a great stay! Would book again! Beautiful property! We saw manatees in our backyard first day we arrived. Minutes from beach and great food! Back off far enough where it isn’t too busy, and you get an amazing view!!! The owner goes above and beyond with the extras provided!! Can’t recommend enough!

Family holiday

Wonderful serene setting for family holiday. Enjoyed being on the river, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking. Park across street for walking our dog. Tons of room for our family of 5. Served 13 for Thanksgiving and enjoyed fully functional kitchen. Pool table provided hours of fun for us all. Will definitely be back in 2025!!

PERFECT

This property was perfect for four friends attending an annual race event in nearby Volusia Raceway. Everything we needed and more was provided by the host. Communication was excellent. The setting by the river was quiet and relaxing. We will be booking again for next year!

Biketoberfest dream

10 of my friends spent biketoberfest at the house. Plenty of room, great location,very peaceful. We are already second on the list for a repeat visit during bike week 2025. Nice location

Loved the Sunroom. Children and adults enjoyed fishing from the back yard. One of the bedrooms is open to the hallway (wide opening with no doors.). But we made it work.

Great Property

Great property to stay at, highly recommend! Just finished a recent stay, can't say enough good things about it. The owners were very responsive and helpful, my whole group was very pleased with the hospitality demonstrated. Great backyard, love that it's fenced in and has an amazing fire pit with a beautiful river tying in the sublime ambience. The interior of the home was very clean and we appreciated the open space layout. All of our members were able to sleep comfortably, and utilize the very modernized kitchen. Everything on the listing was as advertised, no surprises which was fantastic. We enjoyed the location as well, nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Overall a very clean property with amazing amenities, we will definitely be booking the same place next year!

Loved sraying here. Across from a dog friendly state park. Play area at park for kids. Little to no traffic. At the end of cul de sac. Toiletries were there if you forgot something. My dogs loved the fenced in yard. Plenty of seating outside under the gazebo or just sitting under those beautiful mossy oak trees. Enjoy the sunroom while drinking your favorite beverage and watching the tranquil river. I got to meet the wonderful property owners. They were great and very accomodating . Great restaurants nearby. Cannot say enough.

This rental home holds a special place in our hearts! This was our second stay at this wonderful haven, and just like the first time, it provided the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories with friends. The hosts are absolutely fantastic, maintaining consistent and reliable communication from the initial booking all the way through checkout. Their genuine care for their guests is evident, and they've clearly invested in continually upgrading this beautiful home. We were thrilled to see the new flooring, lighting, and doors – it's even more perfect than our visit two years ago!The home is impeccably clean, and we appreciated having plenty of supplies on hand to make our stay comfortable. The backyard is simply sublime. With the fire pit, gazebo, and stunning sunrise and sunset views, we spent countless hours out there enjoying each other's company.The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with a great park right across the street – a huge plus for our two dogs, who had the time of their lives! We highly recommend this property, not only for its fantastic amenities but also for the top-tier service provided by the hosts.
