This home is truly a home away from home. The cleanliness upon arrival, the welcoming goodies, the heated pool, large screen TV and anything else you could ever want. Plus- an entire garage of table games for both adults and kids. We had the pleasure of meeting Erik and Dawn( homeowners) in person- they are genuine and kind people.The house is a short walk to a very private beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect location and great, quiet neighborhood. We highly suggest you seriously take a look at this listing- what you see is exactly what you will get. The pictures of the house are true pictures- not doctored up or photoshopped.We loved it so much we are coming back next year!

We had an excellent stay at this lovely property. Our hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. The house itself is well laid out and comfortably furnished. It has all sorts of delightful amenities and kid-friendly additions, like the garage full of games, activities, and beach, pool, and river gear. The house is an easy walk to the beach in the daytime, and we had many a lovely sunset while walking down towards the river. Our hosts were flexible with our timing and quick to respond and take care of any issues that arose during our stay. All in all, a great property!

Fantastic location! Beautiful home!

The property was located close to the beach and bay area for beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants and activities in town. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the home was nicely appointed with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was clean and enjoyed the patio area. Highly recommend staying here and the hosts were so responsive and nice!

Ormond Beach House

We rented this beautiful home for a trip with our adult children and it could not have been more perfect. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The pool was gorgeous and we loved the fact that it was screened in, with plenty of seating around. Also, the owners were very responsive and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed in this property!

A home away from home: but by the beach:)

Erik and Dawn were wonderful hosts and made us feel most welcome. The house was beautifully clean and comfortable. The property has excellent amenities and was very much as advertised with something for everyone, from just relaxing by the pool to biking along the riverside or body surfing in the ocean.

Fantastic vacation property

Clean, convenient to stores and restaurants, situated midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River (a two block walk to either). Very modern home, beautiful swimming pool, friendly neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We did not have children or teens, but there were many, many fun things for kids to do provided by the hosts.

Erik and Dawn are great to rent from. This property is everything that you need to have a perfect vacation. We definitely will be back and will also refer friends and family to stay in there beautiful house. The property is just a shirt walk from the beach ⛱️ and or to the river. Wonderful Beach Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Ormond Beach stay. We are a family of 8 and this property was perfect for us. The beach is a short walk. All the beach amenities were wonderful. The pool is a refreshing advantage. And Eirk and Dawn are amazing! We will definitely be recommending Ormond Shore Estates to friends and family. Thanks for everything!

Best ever!

We’ve been coming to Ormond, FL for the past several years and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed at. The house was as described. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Close walk to the beach and close to groceries, dining and shopping. We will definitely return to this home. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Just as advertised

This property was perfect for our family which ranged from age 9 through 72! We had plenty to do when the weather was sunny or raining. The first night we got to see a rocket launch on the beach! The house was very clean and well stocked. The house is close to the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent home away from home!

Everything about our stay was perfect. We came in on Valentine’s Day and there were balloons, chocolates, cake and more waiting for us. The house was spotless and the pool was heated to a wonderful 90 degrees. The location is great with a 2 block walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to anything you needed. We will definitely seek this property out next time we are in town. Don’t pass this one up if it’s available!

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our trip! The house is very clean. Extremely well appointed with just about anything you would want or need. They do some of the shopping for you. The snacks were a very nice touch and totally unexpected. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants (love Lagerheads!). Large pool and plenty of games and activities to keep everyone happy. Erik went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great house for our family vacation!

We had a great time at the Ormond Beach house! It was set up with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was also within walking distance to the beach which we went to often. They also supplied chairs, beach towels, umbrella and other items that were perfect for the enjoying time at the beach. The house is also close to local grocery stores & restaurants. We would recommend Rose Villa to eat at for a fancier meal. Also Flagler was a cute town to visit! We will definitely return to this house if we get back in the area! Thanks again Erik & Dawn for letting us use your beautiful house!

Erik and I bought our retirement home in 2019. Until we retire several years from now, we will continue to enjoy traveling whenever we can with our children. We have four children that range from age 7 to 19.
Three very active boys and our youngest child is our little girl. We enjoy family times together and we look to find excitement wherever and whenever we can. We travel from Massachusetts to Florida about 3 times a year if we are lucky enough. The winter months are difficult for us as we experience freezing temperatures and snow and can only seem to only think about our home in Florida.

We chose this property particularly because it has such a lovely interior design as well as the very spacious pool deck. We continue to ponder what else we can add to make our home even more appealing than it already is.
