Pink House - Private Beach Access

Welcome to the Pink House - Tybee family beach vacation perfection! This amazing family home is located beach side of Butler Ave on a beautiful lane with private beach access - NO streets to cross! Enjoy gathering outside in your charming courtyard by the hot tub and outdoor kitchen area. You'll enjoy three floors of living space, two spacious porches and convenience to everything! You're just across the street from the Tybee Market and a short walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping galore!
The space
The main living area of the Pink House is on the second level and boasts an open floor plan that guarantees a spot for everyone! And with plenty of beds to sleep everyone, you’ll have a spot for everyone from gramps to the babies.

Enjoy the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 6 and dining table with seating for 8. The living room has a Smart TV and a large sectional sofa and the large screened porch has more seating including additional eating space. This level also features 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a king bed), and 1.5 baths.

The top floor of the home includes an enourmous master suite with both a King bed and a Double bed and a large Smart TV, a private balcony, and master bath with dual vanities, whirlpool soaking tub and shower.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath as well as an apartment (the sixth bedroom) that has its own bathroom and private entrance. The larger bedroom (bedroom 4) has a Queen bed with a sitting area and Smart TV. Bedroom 5 also has Queen-size bed and is only accessible by going through bedroom 4 (see pics or ask questions if that is confusing.) Bedroom 6 also has a Queen bed. The apartment/7th bedroom offers a kitchen, full bath and sleeping for 4. It has a Murphy bed and a Daybed with pull out Twin Trundle if needed.

Outside, enjoy the shaded courtyard! Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the evening grilling and rocking in one of the adirondack gliders. When you’re ready to head to the beach, fill up the provided cart and walk approx 2 minutes (5 houses away) to your private boardwalk! Once you get there, you’re only a couple minutes to sand in your toes! :) When you get back, rinse off with the hose or outdoor shower and relax!

You have access to the entire home as well as the private, fenced in courtyard. You are also situated on a private road (11th Terrace) which provides beach access for residents only.
