Spacious 8 bedroom/4 bath home was built with large groups in mind. The almost 5,000 square foot home has something for everyone. "The Big House" is located on a double lot and feature an Olympic sized pool, huge deck with grilling area. Lot of green outdoor space in front and back yard.
This home will sleep 18 people comfortably in beds in the 7 bedroom areas with 4 king beds, 4 queen beds and 4 double beds. The 8th bedroom is used as a game room and features two twin beds in a daybed
HEATED POOL OPTIONS: Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $100.00 per day for the length of reservation. We need at least 24 hour notification to heat the pool. Not available in January and February. REQUEST TO HEAT POOL MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.

The space
This home will sleep 18 people comfortably in beds in the 7 bedroom areas with a total of 11 beds (2 king beds, 5 queen beds and 4 double beds. The 8th bedroom is used as a game room/living area. The kitchen is huge and has 2 chef style refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a wall oven, stove and MW. There are black granite counters and cherry cabinets. fireplace in one of the 2 living rooms. The home is located an double lot and has tons of green space, parking and a large pool area for grilling and outdoor dining.

Bedroom #1 has one king bed and attached bath
Bedroom #2 has one king bed
Bedroom 3 has one queen bed

Bedroom 5 has two queen beds
Bedroom 6 has four double beds (actually two sets of university bunks)
Bath 4 is a full bath with a walk in shower and handicap pull bars on the ground floor
The Master bath features double vanities, a free standing tub and a walk in shower on the second floor
Bath 3 has double vanities and a separate toilet/ shower area locate on second floor
Bath #4 has double vanities and a separate toilet/shower area located on second floor.

Also on the second floor is the laundry area with two large washers and two large dryers.

There large dining room features one table that seats 12 plus two other tables that seat 4 each for a total of 20 in the dining room. There is also a breakfast room off the kitchen that has a table that accommodates 6 plus a breakfast bar that seats an additional 4 people.

The living room has a large screen TV and two sofas, a love seat and two comfortable chairs.

The ground floor is wheel chair accessible with a outside ramp.

All of the bedrooms are large and light filled. And each has a TV. There is parking to accommodate 6 vehicles.
