On the first floor, the bright, fully glazed and air-conditioned living room features modern and comfortable furniture with a large sofa covered with cushions and a coffee table under a mansard ceiling providing a pleasant sense of volume. The kitchen is well equipped for meals preparation that can be enjoyed under the covered terrace with a large dining table in rattan and glass for six guests. A space with high stools welcomes you next to the gas barbecue for delightful gastronomic evenings. A little further along this outdoor gallery facing the view, there is a lovely space perfect for talking comfortably installed in the outdoor lounge.

Take a few steps below via the indoor or outdoor staircase, and you’ll find the magnificent terrace with a fantastic view over Flamands Beach and the ocean. The large heated lagoon-colored swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs for relaxing moments. Coming with wooden floor and garden furniture, this terrace is a true dream place in the heart of a green and lush environment.

On the lower level of villa ART, three beautiful air-conditioned rooms welcome you for a stay with family or friends in St. Barths. All three have a king size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. The first bedroom has its own private bathroom while the other two share a comfortable one with double sinks and rain shower.
