Discover Casa Terramour - a Boho chic condo in North San Clemente. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and the scenic beach trail leading to San Clemente Pier. Just a 5-minute stroll to Ole Hanson Beach Club, Casino, and Agape wedding venues. Enjoy ocean views from the rooftop deck with BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Includes secure parking for 2 cars. The space:
Spacious 2 bedroom condo all on one level.
Primary bedroom features a King size bed and large bathroom with double sink vanity, oversized walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet.
Second bedroom features a Queen size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Condo features a large kitchen with island and seating, breakfast nook with trundle bed that sleeps two additional guests.

Ocean View community Rooftop deck.

Max occupancy is 6, this is an HOA and City Rule. This includes max of 6 on community roof top deck.

We are in an urban location which does come with some noise, however, we have sound machines in the bedrooms so you are assured a good night sleep!

We do allow one small dog under 25lbs, however, you must book / account for dog when booking and notify us so that we can arrange additional cleaning for next guests. Guests that violate our dog policy and sneak a dog on property will be fined $500. Please notify us if you have a service dog and what services they provide. Thank you!

Clean, well decorated condo with elevator and underground parking garage. Walking distance to coffee shop and a few restaurants. Beach was within walking distance. Beds were comfortable!

This rental worked out fantastically well for us. The unit is lovely inside and had plenty of space for our family. The beach is a short drive from the unit and we found the onsite parking to be extremely helpful. We would highly recommend.

The space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The hosts were very thoughtful in supplying the house with most of your needs. Great space for our family to spend a weekend. Susana was great! She was quick to respond to any communication. There was quite a bit of street noise at night. The property did have white noise devices in the bedrooms that did help with this!

A Stay that Incorporates the Senses

San Clemente Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Extra comforters, sheets, towels (including beach towels) available for use. Washer/Dryer included in stay. Host was easily accessible and responded to questions within 10 minutes. Beds extremely soft and white noise machines included, which were helpful considering traffic on El Camino Real. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice property and easy to check in. Weekend traffic was very loud, making it hard to sleep.. One of the showers did not drain properly. Notified management who didn’t seem concerned. Said they would notify maintenance but no one came.

Unfortunately, our handyman wasn’t available that same day, and since your departure was the next morning, we weren’t able to have it resolved before you left. The issue has since been addressed. Perfect space

The space was perfect for what we needed. Everything was so clean, easy to access close to san Clemente and Dana point. We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend, which was at Pines Park and at the chart house. It was close to everything we needed. The chairs and umbrellas that were provided were perfect for our beach day on Friday. We had plenty of space to have our family Over for dinner one night. Everything was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to stay here again. It's a gorgeous house. Susana is friendly and responds quickly and is a perfect host!

Family visit in San Clemente.

This place was perfectly located for us as we were visiting family just a few blocks away. My daughter figured out that a free trolley that stops across the street takes her straight to the outlet mall. Bonus! A short stroll will get you to the beach and an amazing cafe called Cafe Moulin. My wife and I started every morning there. Offered with the stay were bicycles which my son took one to the beach to surf. The place. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.The condo was very spacious and filled with light. Wife loved the casual but well thought out decor. Has two decks for cocktails or coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the secure parking indoors. Susana was a great host and made checking in easy with very clear and simple instructions. She's was very responsive and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Susana!
