Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire house and private yard to yourself for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be a short drive from some of our favorite local spots. On weekends, the local farmer’s market offers fresh produce, grass-fed meats, and various artisan goods. Our home is a short 10 minute drive to the beach and conveniently located right next to the 405 for easy access to any destination.



Getting Around:

PARKING:

There is 1 parking space available in the driveway and ample parking on the street, please be cautious of any restrictions and posted signage in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Parties are strictly prohibited at this property. The property is located in a serene, historic neighborhood with strict noise ordinances in place. The management company will take action immediately against any violations.



**IMPORTANT:**

We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.



**PLEASE NOTE:**

Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.



HOT TUB:

We offer a hot tub with LED lighting. It is serviced and balanced prior to arrival and heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit for your convenience.



FAMILY & PETS:

We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.



EXTRA GUESTS:

Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.



VENDORS:

Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.



PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



RESPECT:

There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of the westside solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...



CHERISH:

Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.



CLEANING:

Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!



PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!



WILDLIFE:

You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.



FIRE ZONE:

Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone

(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.



NO SMOKING:

No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.



BACKYARD FENCING:

While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.



EV CHARGER:

There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located near the corner of Washington Blvd and Inglewood Blvd just a short drive away. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.

Perfect vacation house- no notes!

We stayed at this house with extended family for my daughter’s college graduation. It looks great in the photos, but it’s even nicer in person! The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. The flow of the main house, guest cottage, and patio in between worked great.I’ve been renting vacation houses for years, and this house was absolutely one of the top ones. I could tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making this property special, and to providing all the information and instructions you need in a clear, organized manner. The location was great, super easy to go back and forth to Westwood, Santa Monica, and LAX. If you have any concerns about being close to the interstate, the barrier walls are very effective, and you can barely hear any highway sounds. I highly recommended this property!

Spacious and comfortable

This is a lovely, well-equipped property in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and spacious. We were a group of 6 friends getting together for a reunion and appreciated the option to rent the guest house for extra sleeping capacity.

Great weekend reunion house

Met up with a bunch of old friends, and this house was a great place to spend the evenings together. The kitchen was well stocked and had sharp knives. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat. The house is less than a block from the freeway, but you never noticed the noise.

Great family stay

Our family was in LA for a wedding and this house checked all the boxes. It’s bright and clean and the guesthouse, yard and patio are additional spaces to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked and we also appreciated the portable crib and high chair. A few tiny quibbles: one bed was a double, not a queen, and we could have used a few more outlets in the kitchen. But overall we had a great time and the house is perfect for a big family.
