- Minimum booking age is 25.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. Also, by booking, you are giving this third party permission to screen your identity and check it against their guest register and criminal databases.
