With each room modeled after a different sport, upstairs has 4 bedrooms; two with one queen in each, and two with 2 full beds in each. On the first floor, right off of the game room is the fifth bedroom, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds).

This home has 2.5 bathrooms, all of which are freshly remodeled and gorgeously modern. The downstairs bathroom has one sink & toilet. We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.
Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
