As you venture further in, the space unfolds into a beautifully open floor plan, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining room, and the plush queen-size Murphy bed area. Whether you're whipping up a quick meal in the well-equipped kitchen, sharing laughter over dinner in the dining space, or sinking into the comfort of the Murphy bed after a day out, the condo ensures every moment is draped in comfort. A large smart TV stands ready for those movie nights or binge-watching sessions, and an expansive window ensures that the mesmerizing views of the Wildhorse Gondola and the Yampa Valley are always within sight.



Being part of The West condo complex, this hideaway boasts an unrivaled location. Just a short walk will lead you to the Gondola, myriad shops, restaurants, the skating rink, Wild Plum Market, and the Gondola Transit Center. And when the allure of Steamboat Springs calls, be it for a spirited winter ski, a summer hike, or a tranquil hot air balloon ride, you're perfectly positioned to dive into it all. Wildhorse Marketplace, Central Park Plaza, and downtown are just a brief descent away, offering an eclectic mix of dining, shopping, art, and recreation. For a splash of rejuvenation, the Old Town Hot Springs is close by, or for a more serene experience, take a scenic drive to the Strawberry Park Hot Springs.

The West is located just above the Gondola Base area with a convenient access path to the mountain village, an easy walk to the Gondola, shops and restaurants.



Steamboat Springs is an outdoor enthusiast paradise! During the spring, summer, fall, or winter you can hike, swim, tube, bike, golf, watch a rodeo, ride in a hot air balloon, fish, hunt, snowshoe, ski, or snowboard the area. Part of The West condo complex at the base of Steamboat Resort the walking distance to Gondola Square, the slopes, the skating rink, Wild Plum Market, numerous bars and restaurants, and the free town shuttle at the Gondola Transit Center, Wildhorse Marketplace, Central Park Plaza, and downtown Steamboat are just down the hill, where you’ll find more dining and shopping options, art galleries, recreation, and the Old Town Hot Springs, which includes a fitness center, climbing wall, classes, and even childcare. The more natural Strawberry Park Hot Springs is a scenic drive away.



Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle. Park in the large parking lot near the condo. Parking is unassigned, so please park in any available space. The HOA requires the pass be displayed at all times inside your dashboard. Failure to do so can result in your car being towed. No RV'S or trailers of any kind allowed by HOA.



The pool and spa hours are as follows:

Thanksgiving – April 15 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

April 15 – May 15 Pool and 1 hot tub Closed

May 15 – October 1 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

October 1 – Thanksgiving Pool and 1 hot tub Closed

The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.
