Guest Access:
During your stay you have the entire Hillside Haven to cozy up in! Please make yourself comfortable!

The Neighborhood:
The Hillside Haven is a close and peaceful fifteen-minute walk to the base of the ski mountain where you can find coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The free shuttle is always a convenient method of transportation around the town. Steamboat has endless year-round activities!

Getting Around:
There is parking for 1 vehicle with a parking permit. No trailers per the HOA. The Green Line comes every 20 minutes and is only a 9 minute walk from the property; This shuttle is free and will get you pretty much everywhere in Steamboat! Uber is rare, but available as well.

Other Things to Note:
There is parking for one vehicle in the lot; parking permit is needed and will be left in the space for you, walking distance to slopes, no stairs to condo.

The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.
