Our stay was for 2 nights with 5 people. Place was accommodating had basic necessities and was clean. Close walk to the beach. The book that tells you how to use the tv and restaurants could be updated. Some of restaurants are not there anymore. Loved the Keurig machine w the coffee and creamer available was very convenient. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. It is located close to quiet beaches and has enough rooms and beds so that everyone can relax for a day in the sun. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spent 2 days here and loved it. The condo was walking distance to the beach and right on the intercoastal. Lots of great restaurants and bars walking distance as well. Thank you, Keli, for being a great host!

We loved it! Excellent location, walkable clean beach across the street. The neighborhood pool was clean and warm. There were lots of beach toys and being able to park in the garage was great! You do have to walk up stairs to get inside, so don’t have a super heavy suitcase! The beds were comfortable. We will be back!

Very nice house and absolutely as described

We stayed in Keli's house with our two kids and it was the perfect spot. The pictures describe the house absolutely accurate, nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessary things. It's just a couple of minutes to the beach, which is very nice and you have lots of space as there were never many people around. We would definitely come back one day.

Great vacation

Everything about our stay was good. The only negative comment would be the number of steps. To access the condo you needed to go up 2 flights of steps. Once inside there is another flight of steps to get to bedrooms. Since I have back issues the steps presented a problem. The location was fantastic. Thank you for a great break from the cold weather.

We loved this condo!

I'm from the area, so I'm familiar with Indian Shores. We love to come back every year and visit. This was our first stay in Seashell. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. I love having the garage because we can just leave our cart downstairs ready for the next day without hauling anything upstairs. We had an issue with the condo next door (not the owners fault, they were renters like us and had a rowdy party). The full time residents took care of it promptly and we had no other issues.

Thank for sharing your property with us! The location and condo were beautiful. The only thing is there wasn’t dish soap and some switches didn’t work. Also I’d like to let you know that the sliding door in the master bedroom doesn’t close and just slides open. Other thank that, it was a great experience.

Not the treasure we expected.

1. The unit was old and needed updated-the furniture felt dirty. 2. There was an odor that came from the kitchen. Very sour. We tried to confirm where it was coming from. 3. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a noise when it was running. And the light didn’t work. 4. The sheets were peeling. Very uncomfortable. 5. The master bed sagged in the middle. 6. We felt good that we didn’t have to stay there long We will not return. 7. We never reported the issues because our stay was short.

Great time but dot take anyone with mobility issues.

Property is a little further from the beach than we expected. It is across from the beach but you have to go down the road to public beach access. There are stairs up to the condo. If you are carrying groceries from the car to the condo it’s a chore going up and down the steps. We had some with us that were not as agile as others so this condo is not good for anyone with mobility issues. This may have been total oversight on our end. We bought 3 new chairs and 2 new umbrellas and left there. We also repaired one of the other umbrellas that were at the condo, so if you are going soon they are in great shape. Comfortable beds, freezer and ice maker struggled to keep up. We had a great time!!

Late Aug Stay

The condo is about a 5 min walk from the front door to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and very secluded, which made a family vacation with little ones amazing. The property owner did well with communicating quickly with issues we had. There were many lights that didn't work (blown bulbs and broken switches). The only cleaning supplies we had was barely any hand soap and a small amount of dish detergent. This is a condo, we stayed for 5 days with two children, we need to be able to clean up after ourselves. We were not able to clean without going to the store and purchasing our own cleaning supplies. The instructions for leaving stated to start a load of laundry and dishes. There was no laundry detergent and no dishwasher supplies, we had to go get our own. The condo had no trash bags either, just one in the kitchen can and in the bathroom cans. We had to go buy our own trash bags as well. We ran out of the one roll of paper towels and the 3 rolls of toilet paper. I understand this is a condo, but the fact we had to spend additional money to maintain cleanliness and for check out instructions, was ridiculous to me. The condo had plenty of room for up to 6 people for sure which was great having 2 adults, 2 children. The master bathroom door does not stay closed because of the type of door, so keep that in mind. The living room tv didn't work, the owner did call to help walk us through it but we just used our computer with HDMI. Pool is great and so is the dock.

The location for this family beach trip was ideal. The walk to the beach was quick (short enough that even our youngest didn’t complain). Even for a spring break timed trip the beach wasn’t overly busy which we appreciated. The bedrooms were generously sized with space for all five of us and our stuff. The cart for hauling gear (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, towels) was super handy and we used it everyday. We cooked most of our meals at the unit and would have appreciated some addition pans/baking items and some food storage options. The laundry in the unit was awesome and we used it more than once. We would definitely consider this rental if we were to make a return trip someday.

Spacious and modern

My family had a nice time on our short trip here. The kids loved the bunk room with their own tv. The place had ample room for us to all be comfortable. The beach is just a short walk across the road and the beach cart made it ultra convenient. Cute area with a very beachy and safe vibe.
