You'll find space in both the garage and the driveway for your vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.



Additionally, there's plenty of room for your RV or travel trailer so feel free to bring it along for your adventure! We provide full hook ups (minus septic). Your convenience is our priority.

The house and yard provided a fun experience for those times we were at the house. It was also close to all the fun things Lava has to offer. A few things needed repairs. The water filter on the large refrigerator leaked, the grill seemed to have a gas leak, and the grease catcher needed emptying. Also, the fawcette handle in the kitchen would fall off when trying to turn on the water. Those things did not spoil our stay but needs some attention. We would stay there again.

We stayed in the house for a family reunion and it was amazing!!! It was perfect for our big family! The house was beautiful and had a huge refrigerator and freezer for all our food!! We had kids ranging from 5-18 years old, and it had everything for every kid! The pickleball court was a big hit!! It was the perfect place to start! Everyone loved it!

This is a great home for families. Plenty of space for everyone. We had 24 people including adults, teens and little kids. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home.

Spectacular Home

From the pictures we had high hopes for this property and it far exceeded our expectations. It was a stunningly beautiful home and the views were amazing. Every single room was clean, comfortable, and decorated perfectly. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and had everything one needed. All the activities, inside and outside, were a huge hit. We almost didn't make it to the hot springs, because there was so much to do at the property. It might become an annual stay.

Perfect Home for All Ages – A Memorable Stay!

We stayed at this home with a group ranging in age from 76 years to 6 months, and it was perfect for everyone! The house was packed with activities and things to do—there was truly something for all ages. The theater and game room were a huge hit with the kids, and the setup of the house was ideal for our group. Babies could nap peacefully in the upstairs sleeping areas, while older family members enjoyed the main living space, and the kids had a blast being loud and playing downstairs.The kitchen was very well stocked, with massive pots that made cooking for our large group easy. The only thing we needed to bring was a large skillet, but everything else was provided. We also loved the massive table, which was perfect for adult games in the evening.Our stay was fantastic, and we hope to return again in the future! Highly recommend this property for multigenerational groups.

Great Home!

The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing.

Great Family Reunion at Lava Hot Springs

Our family had a wonderful time at this home where every family group had their own room. This allowed naps without interruption for those who needed them as well as a space to keep "individual stuff" out of the common areas. The game rooms and theater room were a huge hit and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and easily accommodated large meal prep. (I would recommend bringing a large covered skillet if your meal requires one.) There was also plenty of room in the dining area for the folding table and 6 chairs we brought to allow everyone to sit down together at meal time. Overall I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Family Gathering

A fantastic stay, the property has so many amenities that we spent most the time at the house instead of doing activities in lava. Had a blast with our family reunion of 26 people in this very new and clean home. The hot tub, pickleball court, theater room, and game console were almost always in use, and the little girls were constantly in the basement play area under the stairs. We were pleased with how close to downtown the property was. We walked into town twice, it was a nice short walk past the park, the church, then to the grocery store.
