This 5-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests and is located in the quaint gated-community Penn Estates, 15 minutes away from lovely downtown Stroudsburg and steps away from one of the community's multiple private lakes.

The master suite with a king-size bed boasts a private deck. The other bedrooms in the house also have tons of space with either a king bed or double queen beds.

The bunk bedroom is the perfect space for kids, adjacent to the game room that they’ll never want to leave.

The enclosed outdoor deck is brilliantly designed, holding one of the two dining tables of the house, in addition to a reading nook with a swing.

You can relax in any of the numerous areas of the house, including the wellness/yoga area, the multiple decks, and the backyard space.

You can look forward to sharing this meal in one of our many dining spaces! You can gather in our inside dining room table, head over to the enclosed deck with a large outdoor dining table, hang at the table top in the basement/game room or private dining for two at the master suite bistro table.

Spend some time with your family and friends in the living room, relaxing near the toasty gas fireplace while streaming a movie on the 65" big screen. Listen to your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth speaker/record player.

Game Room
Get excited for a night of fun and nostalgia! Enter the game room, and you'll be enamored by our classic arcade machine, 3-in table (pool table, air hockey, table tennis), and board games. Compete with your friends in Pac-Man and dominate them at the foosball table, air hockey table, poker table, and shuffleboard. You won’t want to miss watching the big game on our 65" big screen or catch a blockbuster with custom movie lighting and popcorn for the popcorn machine!

Wellness area
No days off from your fitness regimen. Our home is equipped with weights and Peleton, so you can take a ride with your favorite instructor. Yoga mats for a morning vinyasa are provided. After skiing the slopes or a good workout, unwind in the Sauna.

Outdoor Space
You are steps away from nature when you stay at our beautiful home. Our backyard overlooks a stream and Highland Lake--one of three lakes in the community. Take some time to make some burgers or dogs on our charcoal grill! You’ll also find an inviting gas firepit surrounded by string lights, essential for making s'mores with your loved ones. At the base of our tri-level deck, grab a drink from the cooler and jump into our hot tub.

Your private home awaits in this quiet, gated community. Please be respectful of our neighbors who have young children.

You can enjoy the entire space with easy access through the front door, equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.

For your safety, there are three exterior cameras located on the outside of the property. There are NO indoor cameras.

A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located on each level.
