Discover a serene summer getaway at our inviting apartment, boasting breathtaking sea views and a dedicated parking spot. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque and tranquil town of Necujam, you'll find everything you desire just a short stroll away – from sun-kissed beaches to charming bakeries, shops, charming restaurants, convenient public transport, and even the local post office.

The Space:
Our cozy apartment is perched on the first floor, offering panoramic vistas of the glistening Necujam bay. Your vehicle will be safely parked right at your doorstep, secured with a lock for your peace of mind. Enjoy the spacious balcony with outdoor seating, a perfect setting for savoring the sunset or relishing a delightful meal or drink in the cool, east-facing shade.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials for a memorable holiday, featuring a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, an electric hob, and a microwave. The dining area and the living room are designed to comfortably accommodate up to five guests, with an extendable sofa, a television, and a collection of local guides and information. Our newly renovated bathroom boasts a generous walk-in shower, a washing machine, and complimentary basic toiletries.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Your master bedroom is comfortable, complete with a generously sized bed (160x200cm), a spacious wardrobe, blackout curtains, and a mesmerizing sea view that will greet you each morning. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a convenient wardrobe, blackout curtains, and direct access to the expansive balcony, where you'll be treated to a stunning coastal panorama.

Exploring the Area:
Situated at the heart of Necujam, our apartment is your gateway to exploring the enchanting surroundings, uncovering hidden gems and idyllic beaches just a leisurely stroll away (public stairs guide you to the beach). For those with a taste for adventure, you can conveniently use the bus service, which aligns with the ferry timetable, or opt for a scenic drive to reach other charming towns on the island. If you're looking to venture to the mainland, ferries departing every day will take you to Split and other nearby cities within just one hour. Our apartment is a mere 15-minute drive from the Rogac ferry port.

Island of Solta offers you: cycling, hiking, boat and kayak trips, guided diving, and various excursions.

From the coastal towns, such as Maslinica, Stomorska, Necujam, or Rogac, you can venture into the island's interior. Alternatively, you can start your journey from the picturesque inland villages of Grohote, Gornje, Srednje, or Donje Selo and make your way towards the coastline in any direction – to the southern coves of Solta, through olive groves, unveiling turquoise nature oases and crystal-clear waters. You can explore vibrant coastal towns or neighboring hamlets, meander through stone-paved alleys, uncover the secrets of old houses, peer into small village churches, and perhaps stumble upon a hidden tavern where you can savour a delicious break from your walk.
