Nestled on the banks of the St. John's River, our rustic family retreat offers nearly an acre of citrus trees and Live Oaks w/dangling Spanish moss. It's the perfect spot for a laid back stay with easy access to all the sites of St Augustine (less than 30 mins away). Two basic units: 3 bed/2 bath house and 2 bed/1 bath cottage located adjacent to each other. No swimming as dock is not conducive to exiting the water.

Must be 23 to rent. No smoking inside. Pets allowed for a fee.

There are two simple, sweet houses on one property, which you get both with your rental. Clean and updated, with a no-frills, relaxed feel to help you get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace of the river.
Sleeps 10 in bedrooms. Main house: 2 Queen beds and 2 Singles. Smaller cottage: 1 Queen bed, 2 singles, 1 queen pullout couch in small open concept living space
