THE SPACE

Welcome to this cozy cabin retreat in the woods of the Massanutten Resort Community. The cabin is conveniently located nearby all the Massanutten four season resort activities, including a waterpark, skiing, hiking, golf and much more. When you're not enjoying all the resort has to offer, Shenandoah National Park and Harrisonburg, with tons of shopping and dining options are just a few minutes away.

This cozy yet spacious and meticulously maintained cabin can comfortably entertain family and friends. The serene setting on a quiet street features a picturesque front porch with a swing, outdoor firepit, a three queen beds, and two twin beds, plus sleeper sofas in the lower level and loft, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and spend time together.

MAIN LEVEL

Living Room:Take time to relax on our comfy couch and use your personal account to stream a show or movie on the Roku smart HDTV.

Kitchen: This kitchen is prepared for you to cook a wonderful meal for the family, just bring the groceries. Featuring a full cookware set, dishware, spices, Keurig Duo for your choice of drip coffee or K-cup, 4 slice toaster, blender, waffle iron and more.

Dining Room: The dining room features an eight seat table to enjoy meals with family or get outdoors and kick back on the patio and while you're at it throw some burgers and hot dogs on the propane gas grill.

Laundry: A full sized washer and dryer including detergent pods are available for your use.

Billiards: Rack 'em and crack 'em. Welcome to the Corner Pocket. Enjoy a few games of pool in the billiards room while taking in a beverage and streaming the game on the Roku smart HDTV.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, electric fireplace and full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet.

Outdoors is a cozy patio leading out to our firepit perfect for gathering around and enjoying the stars.

As our guests you have access to our entire home except one locked space for our storage and supplies. There is an additional storage area beneath the staircase in the basement accessible to guests with additional pillows and self inflating air mattress. The driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles.

The house is 5 minutes from the waterpark and 10 minutes from the ski area. There are two easily accessible golf courses and catch and release fishing at Painter Pond just 5 minutes away.

Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 20 minutes away for you to enjoy great shopping and restaurants.
The Shenandoah Valley has many highlights including its famous caverns, wineries and breweries.

This residence is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort, however, it is located in the Massanutten community so you are minutes from skiing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor waterpark, swimming, putt putt golf, go karts, ziplining, tennis, fishing and more.

There is a community pool for Massanutten residents and as our guests it is available for your use from Memorial Day to Labor Day for $6 per person per day. Pool availability is at the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Most activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked through Massanutten Resort's website.

There is a Ring video doorbell at the front door. There are no other cameras on the property.

Early check-in/Late check-out:
We may be able to accommodate early check in and/or early check out depending on our schedule. If we are able to allow these options fees will apply as follows:

1 hour early: $25
2 hours early: $50
+2 hours early: $50 + $25 per additional hour will apply.

1 hour late: $25
2 hours late: $50
+2 hours late: $50 + $25 per additional hour will apply.
