Ski Season is here! 3 Kings, 1 Queen / Dog Friendly / 1 Mile to the Slopes

Our newly remodeled 4BR / 2BA mountain villa features all new furniture, 3 King beds and 1 Queen Bed, and plenty of parking for at least 4 vehicles.

- This is our first Dog Friendly property. We welcome our responsible Pet Owners to bring along up to two dogs up to 35lbs each. There is an additional pet fee of $35 per pet / per night.

- The newly constructed deck offers lots of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining.

- The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We're about 1 mile from all the activities that the resort offers.

- The villa has a spacious living room with an electric fireplace and big screen TV, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a hearty dinner, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space.

- The master bedroom has a king bed and a large and spacious sitting area to include another electric fireplace and 55" ROKU Smart TV.

The second bedroom (Travel Room) has a King Bed with a desk and 46" ROKU Smart TV. Bring a license plate from your state and we'll put it up on the wall with the others!

The third bedroom (Americana Room) has a king bed and full-size couch, desk and 46" ROKU Smart TV.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and has a high-top Queen Bed with desk and 46" ROKU TV. This is our smallest and coziest room and is attached to the lower-level bathroom.

- The Villa also comes equipped with a brand-new full-size Washer and Dryer.

The Villa is equipped with outside video cams that monitor the outside when the villa is empty and to spot wildlife that may pay a visit in the wee hours of the morning.

The remodel has definitely been a long process, and we still have more we want to improve upon, but we don't think you'll be disappointed in staying with us. We welcome each guests' comments about how we can make it better.

- We love our animals and have made the decision to make this a dog friendly property for a max of 2 dogs up to 35lbs.
- A Pet Fee of $35 per dog per day will be charged for each stay when pets are brought. Please indicate you will be bringing your fur baby during your booking

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

Massanutten has been deemed a No-Drone area unless special permission has been given by the MPOA.
