WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions; check online at Massanutten Village, the electronic sign at the entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

PET FEE - $35/day per dog

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

Home was lovely and clean, and even more beautiful in person. Large enough for 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 fur baby to spread out (and still room for others if needed) but cozy still. Very convenient location to Massanutten amenities as well as to get to Harrisonburg. Definitely looking forward to a repeat trip in the summer!

We were attending a family reunion and this home fit our needs. Location within resort was perfect. It was clean and everybody loved it. Paul & Gwen were gracious hosts and communicated all the details necessary for home & Massanutten Resort. Highly recommended and as soon as we get dates for next reunion we will rent again.

Fantastic Massanutten Stay!

Linked Inn was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal and very quiet and peaceful. The house is very nice, well kept, and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. All in all this was one of my very best VRBO stays!

The pictures don’t do justice to just how nice the property is in person! Very comfortable stay for my family. The owners are highly responsive. An excellent location if you have a student at JMU.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

This was the perfect getaway! Home was perfect and pictures match home perfect! Hosts communicate clearly and available for concerns-we truly had the best time at this home in a wonderful neighborhood, close to everything with the ability to walk in the mornings

We stayed only one night before a bike race, but property was clean, neat and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Family Ski Weekend

This property was perfect for a ski weekend to celebrate my birthday. The house accommodated me, my husband, our two kids, and my parents perfectly. The proximity to the mountain was great, and the property was clean with nice furnishings. We plan to return!

Fall bisit

Great stay. Each room has a large bed and house had everything we needed. Communication with owner was timely and they were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for JMU graduation

What a wonderful place to stay for JMU graduation. Location is close to campus and all the space allowed our family to stay together and enjoy each other’s company throughout the weekend. The house is exactly as described and has so many amenities. We were also able to fit in a hike and take in the spectacular views. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Paul and Gwen were the best hosts you could ever have. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. Everything was immaculately clean, and the entire space had such a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.The thoughtful touches throughout the house showed how much Paul and Gwen care about their guests' comfort. The location was perfect for our needs, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent - they were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a welcoming, comfortable place with wonderful hosts, this is it!

Excellent for family get together

It is an amazing location with lots of easily accessible points of interest. We were getting together with family and friends and this location gave us plenty of space to visit, relax, and enjoy meals. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living area and patio area were a definite plus. Paul and Gwen were great to work with. They answered any questions that I had previous to reserving with promptness that really surprised me. They checked in with me during the stay and really made us feel welcomed. Everyone in my party was impressed with the accommodations.

We vacationed in Massanutten over 12 years ago and fell in love with the area. We had no idea that just 11 years later we would purchase and renovate the property that you have chosen to stay at.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

I don't think we're unique except for the fact that we're not filled with over the top amenities. We feel that the house should be a place where families and friends get to gather and reconnect with each other and not be bombarded with a multitude of other distractions. Our phones and computers do that enough already. Clean, Cute and Comfortable is our goal.
