Enjoy a stay at this cozy lower flat in Oak Park Michigan. This home is fully stocked with everything you need. It's located near the Detroit Zoo right by major highways. This unit is part of a Duplex building and is located in the lower unit. Laundry is in the basement of the building and may be shared with guests staying at the upper unit.

Available to guest when needed. If anything is not working or you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know! If there are any issues upon checking in, please communicate this to us within 24 hours of your check in date!

Located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Close to highways, Woodward Ave and a quick drive to the cities of Royal Oak, Ferndale, Detroit and Birmingham.

Check In: You will be able to check in through a smart lock. To lock - press lock button. To unlock- enter code and press unlock button. If for some reason the smart lock is not working, there is a spare set of keys in the lockbox.

The private home is part of a duplex and can be accessed through a private entrance. Please note, you must walk down stairs to access the laundry

Parking: the driveway is shared with the upper unit. If guests are staying in the lower unit, parking in driveway is first come first serve. However, there is plenty of free street parking available! We ask you do not parking behind other vehicles in the driveway to avoid getting blocked in by other guests.

This apartment is part of a duplex and is the lower unit of the building. The upper unit may be rented out by other guests during your stay. Quiet hours are from 8 PM - 10 AM. Since this is within a duplex building we asks that all guests respect quiet hours to avoid disruptions to other guests.

Early check in- If you are interested in checking in before 3 PM please let us know! If you would like to check in before 12 PM please let us know at the time of booking and we will let you know if we can accommodate! (an early check in fee may apply)

Late check out- we require at least 48 hours notice for late check outs to ensure we can communicate with our cleaning team to confirm it fits within their schedule. If you are interested in checking out later than 12 PM a late check out fee may be added to your reservation.
