PARKING: The driveway is shared with the other unit within the duplex. Parking in drive is first come first serve. But free parking can be found on the street. The neighborhood is not very busy so can easily find parking in front of home!

This cozy space offers a 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The unit has a unique open floor plan and has a 50 inch smart TV where you can access all your favorite streaming services. The bathroom has a modern, concrete, walk-in shower with detachable spray bar.

The backyard can be accessed through the patio off the backdoor of the unit. The yard has furniture and a fire pit for you to enjoy some downtime or hangout in the space with friends and family!

This is the lower unit in a duplex building. The upper unit may be rented out by other guests during your stay. At times it may be a little noisy so we provide complimentary ear buds to help you sleep through the night!
