During the warmer months, you can practice your swing at the Sierra Star Golf Course, or hike at Crystal Lake Trailhead and Sherwin Lakes Trailhead. The cooler months can be enjoyed on the slopes at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area or further up the road at June Mountain Ski Area. Additionally, right at Western Slopes Villas, you'll have access to a shared hot tub.

With its open-concept layout and modern amenities, your enjoyment is inevitable! Enjoy the warmth of the wood stove while visiting with your loved ones. Whip up delicious dishes with the assistance of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Or, gather around one of the tables for a fun-filled family board game night.

Before you go to bed, throw your adventure garb in the private washer/dryer for a refresh. A good night's rest won't be hard to find as you tuck under the soft linens available in the bedroom and on the living room's sofa bed.

-- Please remember to bring your own Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
