Schöne Dachgeschoss Summit 1 Schlafzimmer 1 Badezimmer Condo Nur wenige Schritte von Little Eagle Lodge am Sessellift # 15. 4 Schlafplätze Summit # 257 befindet sich in der obersten Etage des Bradley-Gebäudes im Summit-Komplex. Das wunderschön renovierte Hotel verfügt über Gewölbedecken, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Flachbild-TVs, Kabel-TV, WLAN und einen Holzofen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das Wohnzimmer bietet eine Queensize-Schlafsofa-Couch. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Garage (7'0 "Abstand), zwei Whirlpools, Außenpool (Sommer), Fitnessraum. Das Bradley-Gebäude befindet sich direkt an der Haltestelle 51 des Mammoth Bus Systems. Sie können morgens direkt nach draußen laufen, um mit der Grünen Linie in die Stadt zu gelangen. Nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste können Sie den Whirlpool nutzen, Ihr Auto in der Garage abstellen und nach draußen laufen, um mit dem Night Trolley zum Après-Fun in die Stadt oder ins Dorf zu fahren.

Totally solid lodging with walk-to lift access. It isn't 5-star luxury, but that's in the price.

The process of making the reservation was a breeze, check-out procedures were totally reasonable, and most importantly, someone always answered the phone when I called seeking help.

Great Stay in snowy weather

We had a great time. The condo is close to the lift and to the bus stop. The parking garage is easy to access and the elevator to the condo is nice and convenient - kept us out of the snow and wind. The condo itself is cozy and had everything you need.

Perfect location to explore eastern sierras

Excellent communication of location and checkin. The condo was perfect place to stay while we explored the eastern Sierras. The pullout bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. Internet access was excellent. The only difficulty was finding the right building but once we found it there was no trouble locating the parking spot. Street parking was easy for second vehicle. The laundry was a bit difficult to locate but once we found it we had no issues. I would definitely rent from here again.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide grocery items such as cooking oils, spices, salt & pepper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil, however if the property owner or prior guests choose to leave these items we do not remove them. Grocery items are very expensive and operationally impossible to manage. Many guests would simply take the entire inventory on departure. We need to be able to provide single use, sanitary products to guests, in exact quantities for each arriving guests; and the costs have to be included in the flat cleaning fee (and agreeable to everyone). If you have any questions about the property you are considering, and if you have specific needs or expectations, we have local staff in Mammoth available 7 days per week to talk to you or answer any questions. Great time starting New Year on the slopes.

Property very good. Location is about 1/4 mile from Eagle lift so no quite ski in/out. The Summit Condos are dated but still fine! I would recommend that owner invest in new audiovisual, new toaster, and new coffee machine. Wireless router was not working on arrival, and management provided a hotspot which was still marginal, so I was unable to do any online work, which was a little bit of a problem. Everything else great.

The place was clean but very run down. The elevator was dangerously not working and the floor of the elevator was 2 feet down when it came up. Can’t imagine if we were stuck in the elevator. We then had to move our stuff up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor when leaving which made it super inconvenient. The stairwell was not well lit and my daughter fell down the stairs and sprained her ankle. Someone should regularly be checking the maintenance of the elevator and stairwell. The jacuzzi was also not running. I also felt like it needed to be updated as the property was rundown. This is not steps to Eagle but more like 1/2 mile away from Eagle.

We were moved to a different unit after first night due to hot water issue but enjoyed the second

The hot water was not working upon arrival. We reported the issue, but due to the evening time we did not get a resolution immediately. Management messaged the next morning & determined there was an issue with the building water heater. We opted to relocate to another unit. We appreciated the management communication, responsiveness & resolution. The eagle lodge lift had closed so neither unit was a ski in/out which had been a criteria for selecting the listing. Pay close attention to the eagle lodge open/closure dates would be my recommendation. This first unit was in a good location. Cute & quaint. A bunch of sitting space in the living area which resulted in a cramped feeling. The 6 chairs at the dining room table made it so we could not open the refrigerator without adjustments. For a unit that only sleeps up 4 people, I don’t think all the seating is necessary. The second unit was more spacious & we enjoyed the remainder of our stay at this location. It was in Snowcreek. Very walkable/close to trails & perfect for dogs. The hot tub and amenities were excellent & well utilized. The bed very comfortable & blankets soft. Very close to town & the grocery store. We greatly enjoyed the lovely weather, views & spring ski/board conditions. Both units had some of the least stocked kitchens in my rental experience, but the second had many spice options which was really nice for our week stay. All the knives need very serious sharpening.

Parking was easy and only a short distance to walking paths for the pup. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a short, end-of-season fishing trip. We will definitely be returning next year.

Nice place as promised with responsive service from the management company

The condo as described. Clean and comfortable. I thought the bed was really comfortable (and I'm picky!). It's not a big place, but it did the job for 2 people. And it's an easy walk to the chair lift. And I know it's small, but I appreciated having coffee filters there that match the machine! I've stayed at places that have a coffee machine but not filters so have to go buy a whole box just to have 3 for the weekend. A downside was that cable was spotty and internet was out for half of our stay, but I realize that the management company didn't have any control of that and Will (who always answered the phone) was very helpful in getting information and timing and answering other questions.

We liked its location. The property was just as described. It was clean and the appliances were in working condition. We would recommend that the owner replace the sofa bed- broken springs make for a saggy and uncomfortable bed. Our son had to make do with sleeping on it just as a sofa instead.

Great stay

It was a great stay overall, probably better for 2 people. The hideaway bed, like most was very old and uncomfortable. Our 2 teen boys ended up trying to make the couches work instead. Everything works great and supplies were sufficient. Spotty WiFi, which was a concern since my husband has to work during our stay. It’s a short walk to the lifts as location was great! Thank you for a great stay!

My vacation rental company has been such a joy to own and manage. My true passion is to help people plan the perfect vacation. This isn't just a business I operate, I live and breathe the experience of my guests and owners every day. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them customize their Mammoth vacation to their needs; from choosing the perfect property to recommending local activities, restaurants and shopping. While many of our guests hail from Southern California, we are proud to regularly cater to a truly global clientele, and understand the needs of today's cosmopolitan traveler. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a strong background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. In addition to operating a vacation rental company, Megan often advises other resort management companies as a consultant. Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
