The house has two entrance points both equipped with keyless entry.
There are two doors that are on the interior that are locked for guest safety, both are located in the dining room and neither have exterior facing access on the other side. One is to access the crawl space through a door in the floor. It is a hazard for guests and unnecessary for them to access. The crawl space is where the furnace, water heater and water valve for hose are located. The other locked door is a storage closet filled with home renovation supplies (paint, power tools etc.).
There is a working security system available for your use. It is extremely easy to use and the code and instructions will be sent to you via text message prior to your arrival.
There are absolutely NO cameras inside the house, only one motion detector (living room - no camera) and one glass break detector (dining room).
There are three cameras on the exterior of the house, facing the exterior. One doorbell camera on the front door, one camera on the back of the house facing the back alley and one facing the walkway to the side/back door mudroom entrance.
