Maud & Rae's Sommarstuga is a new (2023) build located off Branders Shore Road in Sea View with beautiful and far-reaching ocean views from nearly every room! The cottage is a 15 minute stroll to a gorgeous beach that stretches for miles and is situated on a large lot for the young and young at heart to play safely or just enjoy the sunshine and salty air.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms - sleeps 10 in beds, 2.5 baths and an outdoor shower.

The bright and spacious living-dining-kitchen area is open-concept with beautiful ocean views and stunning sunsets. The living room has a smart TV, comfortable seating and access to the ocean view front deck. The custom kitchen has ample counter space to prepare your favorite island meals, lots of storage, seating for three at the island and 8 around the dining table. A large and cozy sunroom is located just beyond the dining area and also has beautiful views of the ocean. A sectional sofa, chairs & a mini fridge make for a very accommodating extra lounging space where you can still feel like you’re outside, but are sheltered from too much sun or rainy days.

The ocean view master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed, TV and a beautiful en-suite bath with a large glass shower.

The second floor welcomes you into a soaring family room with an upper balcony the has ocean views stretching the long island coast. This floor is also home to a full bathroom, the second king bedroom, a queen bedroom (off the family room) and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (single over double) that sleeps a max of 4 guests.

The cottage foyer accommodates a full size washer & dryer and the half bath. There is lots of room for the whole family to vacation comfortably inside & out.

The cottage is complete with AC in the main living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, wifi, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a beach wagon, an outdoor shower and a propane BBQ.
