Come experience the interior of Alaska in our cozy studio. This studio is fabulously situated in a central location, with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. This is a very cozy, small, studio apartment and great for one but two people can fit here with the full bed. Shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive away.

Cozy, small apartment with free Wi-Fi & cable. We have an adorable kitchenette to cook your own meals. Great space for one but can fit two people.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment & the front yards. There is a child play yard as noted by signs. There is a coin operated washer & dryer on site if needed.

We will be available via text or call and are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!

The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one parking space designated for the rental unit, with street parking available for extras. Uber and taxis are available.

Please note: this room gets warm as it is near the main boiler room for the whole building. To keep it cooler, the bathroom fan is to be left on at all times and the vent over the stove will pull additionally to let the heat out.

The main entrance is shared with one other guest. Each guest has their own code. The door must be locked behind you after you come in.

Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM

Please remove your shoes and either use the shoe storage unit or bring your shoes inside.

Please note: the water is heated by the city steam system, so it comes out very hot. Please test water before showering, washing dishes or hands.

The garage has a coin operated washer and dry and can be used with permission.

Please leave all dishes clean (may be left to dry in the drainer), and empty the garbage. All garbage must be bagged. The garbage bins are located on either end of the building. Extra garbage bags are under the sink.
