"This unit is located in a newly constructed duplex. It features a total of 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms in brand new duplex. Located in Windmark North Resort Community. There a lot of amenities in the village: Community Fire Pit on the beach, 2 pools, restaurants, SPA, coffee shop, gym and more. 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom guest house located in the beautiful WindMark Community in Port St. Joe. Come enjoy being minutes from many different beaches. Fully loaded kitchen, smart tv, apple computer by request. Beach chairs, towels, bicycles. **RESORT STYLE POOL **Restaurants, coffeeshop- ice cream, pizzeria, bar, bike shop, small market in WindMark Village Center. The space Relax in our clean friendly home!. **The living room is ready with a fold out coffee table to play one of the many games provided or watch a movie on the tv.
**The kitchen is equipped with an Kuerig machine, drip coffee pot as well as an electric tea kettle
** The patio is ready for grilling with a small coal grill. THE BEACHES: There are multiple beaches close to our home, each with its own unique vibe! **ST. JOE BEACH Turn left out of our home and the beach is about a 5 minute walk, OR head right...and take the bikes or Golf Cart on a 5 minute ride to the end of our street where you will find the Windmark Beach access parking lot. **WINDMARK BEACH can be accessed in WindMark Village at the end of Good Morning Street. It is roughly a 6 minute drive from the house, OR use the bike/Cart path located adjacent to our rode and ride there! (NEW Boardwalk coming soon just 1 block away!!) **MEXICO BEACH is less than a 10 minute drive with several different access points. **CAPE SAN BLAS is about a 30 minute drive. (For the wave lovers) THE POOL: WindMark has a beautiful resort style community pool that you and your friends and family are welcome to enjoy! The pool is located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street. It is a short drive from WindMark North where we are located, to the Center of WindMark where the pool is. (New pool one block away!!) There is another pool 5 minutes drive, less than 10 minutes by bicycle or golf cart. Other things to note **PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand new development with new houses and amenities going up. As you enter the neighborhood you will pass through new construction. Our street is built. As you enter to the community you turn right and then left. The home would be closer to the end of the street on the left hand side. Please, be aware that this is a duplex and occasionally you may hear your neighbors.

Clean. Svetlana was very responsive...even when we locked outselves out. Small, so i qould suggest only 2 people max. We rode to PC, Appalachia, Mexico Beaxh, St George and more all within 45 miles. Beach access was easy.I'd recommend bringing bikes. Those need some loving.

Clean and comfortable. The red refrigerator was a nice touch. Suggest the listing indicate it is a duplex. Other tenant parked in center of driveway. I also had confusion as I thought is was a single. Otherwise a great place. Host was very helpful.

This was a nice place to stay and pet friendly. We loved the pet friendly beach. The pool was beautiful. House was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and all we needed were to have clothes. Kitchen and bathroom necessities were stocked. We would stay here again.

Very clean, nice newer home. Host was great and made sure we had beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and gave gifts. Only cons were that the internet and tv room power went off every morning but host reset asap, and beach & sea water were seaweedy, yet very private and nice. The community pools and restaurants were awesome. Peaceful stay.

Great Stay

Nice and well situated property. We wanted close to the beach and a pool. This is close to the beach with access to 2 pools. The property owner is a great hostess, very quick to respond to questions and requests. We will definitely seek her out to find which properties she has listed for our next adventure.

Great location and stay

This property is very convenient to the Mexico Beach and port St Joe area, with on site pool and beach access. It’s a quiet very family friendly neighborhood. You should already be aware from the listing, but this home is a duplex and this rental is for the “mother in law” suite. It was perfect for my family of 3 (small child). The hostess was super friendly and accommodating and checked in with us throughout the trip. I would not hesitate to book this rental again next time we stay in the area.

Quiet & Peaceful

The property owner is a jewel. We had our car break down and did not get in until like 10:30 pm. She unlocked the door for us and had lights on for us inside when we arrived. We had everything we needed during our stay and the property owner was so sweet to periodically check on us to see if she could get us anything. . We stayed on the mother in law side of the duplex . It was quaint and perfect for 2 people . Will definitely go back !!

Great

My sister and I spent a week here in an guest apartment that was part of a larger house. The kitchen met all our needs, the sitting room was comfortable and the bed in the bedroom was excellent. The host was very pleasant and accommodating having many supplies that are normally offered. We missed having windows with a view but there was a place to sit behind the apartment that looked over a waterway and was always cool at night. We were near 3 beaches and used them all. The pool was very beautiful and heated. We enjoyed meeting the host who offered bicycle, beach chairs, and umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Wonderful hosts, great beach!

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time! The host was accommodating, went above and beyond to help us with anything we need, and very responsive. They got us beach chairs and bikes to enjoy. The walk to the beach was easy and truly a five star stay!

Surprise!!!!!

Thought I was staying at a house. No. Had to go on the left side of the house where I found a door to the one bedroom one bath apartment. The refrigerator was very small. No automatic ice. Only one ice tray. Had a problem putting all my frozen food in there. Bedroom and the rest of the place was good. When you went out the door there were 2 chairs & a small table, but you were looking at the side of some ones house next door. Only about 8 feet away. Did not like that at all. I booked 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night.
