"This unit is located in a newly constructed duplex. It features a total of 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms in brand new duplex. Located in Windmark North Resort Community. There a lot of amenities in the village: Community Fire Pit on the beach, 2 pools, restaurants, SPA, coffee shop, gym and more. 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom guest house located in the beautiful WindMark Community in Port St. Joe. Come enjoy being minutes from many different beaches. Fully loaded kitchen, smart tv, apple computer by request. Beach chairs, towels, bicycles. **RESORT STYLE POOL **Restaurants, coffeeshop- ice cream, pizzeria, bar, bike shop, small market in WindMark Village Center. The space Relax in our clean friendly home!. **The living room is ready with a fold out coffee table to play one of the many games provided or watch a movie on the tv.
**The kitchen is equipped with an Kuerig machine, drip coffee pot as well as an electric tea kettle
** The patio is ready for grilling with a small coal grill. THE BEACHES: There are multiple beaches close to our home, each with its own unique vibe! **ST. JOE BEACH Turn left out of our home and the beach is about a 5 minute walk, OR head right...and take the bikes or Golf Cart on a 5 minute ride to the end of our street where you will find the Windmark Beach access parking lot. **WINDMARK BEACH can be accessed in WindMark Village at the end of Good Morning Street. It is roughly a 6 minute drive from the house, OR use the bike/Cart path located adjacent to our rode and ride there! (NEW Boardwalk coming soon just 1 block away!!) **MEXICO BEACH is less than a 10 minute drive with several different access points. **CAPE SAN BLAS is about a 30 minute drive. (For the wave lovers) THE POOL: WindMark has a beautiful resort style community pool that you and your friends and family are welcome to enjoy! The pool is located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street. It is a short drive from WindMark North where we are located, to the Center of WindMark where the pool is. (New pool one block away!!) There is another pool 5 minutes drive, less than 10 minutes by bicycle or golf cart. Other things to note **PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand new development with new houses and amenities going up. As you enter the neighborhood you will pass through new construction. Our street is built. As you enter to the community you turn right and then left. The home would be closer to the end of the street on the left hand side. Please, be aware that this is a duplex and occasionally you may hear your neighbors.
