Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
The open-concept design fills the unit with natural light, making it accessible and comfortable. You can step outside for outdoor activities like grilling or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. No need to bring your own cutlery or bakeware! It`s a great place for conversation and cooking in an open layout.
Living Room: The spacious living room is perfect for relaxation. You will have a view of the Monterra Golf Course in the backyard. The living room features a Queen pull out sofa bed.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this home. Both bedrooms have a TV. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
Escape the noise - we’ve upgraded both bedrooms. Enjoy whisper-quiet nights with our newly soundproofed bedroom ceilings.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Guest access For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Rivergrass weekend
We enjoyed the space which was perfect for a family of 4 with two teens and our dog. We really like the proximity to the ski hill as we were all skiing or snowboarding and it’s fun to walk around the Village or go for a drink there, etc. We took advantage of our access to the outdoor hot tub too. Communication with the staff was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

Don't even think about it UNLESS you receive more info related to location and COMMUNICATION .......
We EVENTUALLY located the Chalet after trying for hours to get direction to the Condo; went to several locations to seek direction to Rivergrass, which by the way is not on the one and only map that we were eventually offered. The living space is tastefully configured, clean and at ground level. However, there was no 'literature' of any sort available in the unit, ie using the 3 TV's, the microwave, thermostat, etc.no info re location of the pool, hot tub and gym, no info related to finding restaurants, shopping, etc. In other words there was -NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL verbal or written from 'management'. Wi-Fi was precarious altho they did send 2 young men who attempted to create alink to Wi-Fi, but it failed too! We will not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We are, however, slightly surprised by some of your comments as you extended your stay with us for an extra day and your communication upon check out was overwhelmingly positive. We're sorry to hear that you had difficulty with our communication. Typically our 24/7 Guest Support Contact Centre and local field team are able to quickly resolve any Guest issues in a timely manner. Reviewing our communication records, it appears that we were in contact with you on multiple occassions, including assisting you in finding the home, visiting the home to assist you in connecting your devices to wifi and an additional call regarding the operation on the microwave. Upon booking the home, you received a confirmation to your email address that included the unit's address, our check-in protocols, and other information about your reservation. Additionally, we sent our Digital Guest Guide, which included a map to your unit with a pin drop of the location, as well as information on how to use all of the home's appliances, amenities, and our local recommendations on things to do in the area and discounts on those activities. This Digital Guest Guide is also available via QR code on the kitchen table of the unit. For guests who prefer paper, we also provide a binder with the same information which can be found in the unit. We take guest feedback very seriously and it is a driving factor in our continous improvement cycle. We are sorry to to hear your stay with us did not meet expectations and would love to hear from you to help clarify your difficulties. We hope that despite the challenges, you were able to enjoy The Blue Mountains. Thank you Marlene.
