4 Master-Suiten mit eigenem Bad und 2 Etagenbetten - für 16 Personen.

Dieses erstaunliche Luxushaus auf 4. 5 Morgen neben einem Bach (daher der Name Brookhouse) wurde im Jahr 2012 mit Top-of-the-Line-Möbeln / Geräten / Bettwäsche gebaut und eingerichtet. Das Anwesen wird professionell als Luxusmiete gepflegt. Das Haus ist eine kurze 5-minütige Fahrt von Mount Snow in Kärnten entfernt. Ein neues Clubhaus wird im Winter 2018 eröffnet.
WINTER:
5 Minuten von der Basis von Mount Snow in Kärnten oder etwa 10 Minuten von der Hauptfläche von Mount Snow. Es ist am Haystack Mountain zum Schneeschuhwandern, Langlaufen. Perfekte Lage für Schneemobile, da wir direkt am Haystack Mountain und auch am VAST-Trail sind. Parkplatz für Schneemobile zur Verfügung gestellt. Zoar Outdoor in Wilmington, VT bietet alle Winteraktivitäten. Das Haus ist neben zwei Pferden, die zum VT-Ambiente beitragen. So soll das luxuriöse VT-Leben sein ...


SOMMER:
Lake Raponda und Lake Whitingham sind ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Beide haben wunderschöne Strände. Zoar Outdoor bietet zahlreiche Aktivitäten für Sommer und Winter in Wilmington, VT. Harriman Reservoir bietet Bootsverleih. 40 Minuten von Charlemont, MA, zum Wildwasser-Rafting. 40 Minuten von Bromley Mountain für Zip Lining, Mountain Coasters und andere Familienaktivitäten. 40min nach Manchester, VT zum Outlet-Shopping.

Jede Master Suite verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, große Schränke, Gaskamine, Fernseher / WLAN in der ersten und zweiten Etage des Hauses. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich ein großes Spielzimmer, ein zusätzlicher Smart-TV und zwei Schlafzimmer mit 4 Etagenbetten und einem Vollbad, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Alle Suiten sind luxuriös mit 800er Frette-Bettwäsche, sowie Frottee-Badetüchern in den Badezimmern ausgestattet. Alle Daunenkissen und Decken sowie eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, damit Sie sich nach dem Skifahren entspannen können.

Die Küche ist mit Geräten und Töpfen von Viking sowie Pfannenutensilien für bis zu 16 Personen ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Holzofen, um das Ambiente zu ergänzen. Es gibt zwei Picknicktische und eine Feuerstelle auf dem Seitenhof. Und ein Whirlpool auf dem Achterdeck. Viel Feuerholz zur Verfügung gestellt.

My friends and I booked this house for weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoyed it. The house has beautiful outdoor yard so serene which kids and dog thoroughly enjoyed. The house was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. Grocery store, restaurants and activities are in good proximity. 9 of us who have known each other between 60 and 30 years met up to talk and make sure our connection to each other stays solid. Every family had their own bedroom and bath and we spent hours at the dining room table talking. It was great.

We enjoyed the Brook House very much. We loved having 4 master bedrooms & baths. The 2 bunk rooms were wonderful for the kids. The location and property were great. Our family of 8 adults & 2 kids had plenty of space. We enjoyed that the owner provided a nice bag of Breakfast Blend ground coffee for the coffee maker! We had a wonderful multi-generational family weekend at this beautiful estate in West Dover, VT. The house is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for group meals and celebrations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated that every suite had its own bathroom, making it ideal for a large family group of adults and seniors.The grounds are stunning, with open fields, a lovely brook, picnic tables, and a front porch with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed relaxing outside and soaking in the mountain views. There are some limited hiking trails right from the property, and the location was perfect for exploring local restaurants, fairs, hiking, and kayaking in the area.We were celebrating a milestone 80th birthday, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family to gather and make memories. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the owner was proactive and responsive, making sure everything was just right for our stay.We highly recommend this home to any large family group looking for comfort, beauty, and a truly special place to gather. We would happily stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We were in Dover for a wedding at the nearby Hermitage Inn. The property was so convenient to all the activities, literally a 2 minute walk. My entire family was able to be together and not only enjoy a fun wedding but our downtime was so relaxed and enjoyable too! The house is stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear and toys and children plates! The yard was large enough for the kids to run around and have a great time. We each had our own mini suite with bathroom which was so convenient. With two living spaces we never felt like we were on top of each other, but large enough that we could gather for meals and just some down time after the kids went to bed. Close enough to stores and restaurants also! We had a great weekend without stress thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners and their property! Highly recommend!!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The beds were very cozy, bedding and towels were great quality and soft. The kitchen, living room and den were wide open and great for our large family to prepare dinners and relax together. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, silverware and sharp knives (something we all noticed! haha) for a big group. Loved the front porch to have coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The house has a lot of outdoor privacy along with offering a lot of activities nearby (listening and walking in the stream out back was a family favorite spot). The property manager Claudia was very attentive while at the same time giving us our privacy. She is awesome! We loved our time in Vermont and hope to return for a future vacation!

AMAZING Family Vacation

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8 adults and two little ones (1 and 3). The downstairs bunk rooms, playroom and bathroom worked perfectly for the kids and their parents. The 3 year old said several times "I love this house." The rest of us had very large and nicely appointed bedrooms with en suite baths. Plenty of paper products and bath products were provided. The kitchen was AMAZING and very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having coffee out on the covered porch in the morning. We used the fire pit one evening, which was really fun. The kids had lots of outdoor space to explore and really loved the swing in the back of the house. The entire house was very well appointed and VERY clean. We are looking forward to having the chance to come back here again in the future. Thank you to Alex for a beautiful property.

Amazing renal for 4 families!

We have been trying for years to find the perfect rental for our annual four family getaway. This year, we found it. The four master bedrooms meant no couple had to suffer the sub-par bedroom this year. That combined with an amazing finished basement that allowed the kids to play while the parents relaxed upstairs made for the perfect weekend. The basement also sleeps up to 8 kids across 4 bunk beds which provides room for us to grow. As for the location we couldn't be more pleased. The horses out the window were a lovely addition while the hiking trails and creak on the property gave us ample opportunity to wander and explore. We had so much fun hanging out around the campfire each night that we didn't even find time to enjoy the back deck hot tub. This rental has it all; highly recommended.

Beautiful spot/Some issues

Before arrival, we changed our minds and decided to bring our kids. At that point, 2 days before arrival, we were informed of an “extra guest fee” for any guests over 10 people. This was not explained in ANY of the paperwork I received. When I voiced my concerns, they are not dealt with kindly or appropriately. While that wasn’t the best way to start a trip, we arrived with an open mind. The house is in a beautiful location but there were some issues. It was not ready and cleaned when we arrived. It was ready 3 hours late. Garbage from the previous guests was left in bags on the floor of the garage rather than in bins. When I asked about the garbage, I was told pick up in Vermont is once a week. I’m not sure this is a reason to not have enough garbage bins. All in all, my group had a great time, but I would hope that future groups are made more aware of the costs and quirks of renting this property.

Katie sent an email to us about the guest fee threatening“legal action” the night before check in because it’s not in the “paperwork”Our manager called her, we also called and tried to explain that we do not have “paperwork” as all fees and rates are listed on VRBO and processed there but we couldn’t get one word in with her as she was constantly yelling and threatening. Then her friend called to apologize and smooth things over and asked to keep the reservation. I just want to make it clear we do not have any kind of paperwork that we send on the side. We all kept trying to make her happy by giving access to our club for fireworks, fishing and other activities for the kids, also the private pond. Cleaning and garbage (in the garage, completely separated from the house) may have been an issue because it was a holiday weekend and we had a changeover the same day which is rare for us.

Perfect getaway with friends

We had a lovely time at the property. The house and yards were well maintained. Perfect New England location, covered bridge entrance to the community, hills and a nice house with ample yards to relax outside. The host and property manager were super responsive to questions and queries.
